Manok - chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken cut into pieces
Papaya ( not ripe )
Spinach
Onion ,garlic ,ginger & pepper corn
Suite onion ,garlic & ginger
Add chicken after 3 minutes add water ..bring to boil & add papaya and pepper corn ...bring to boil until papaya is cooled ,maybe 20 minutes
..delete peppercorn..its only use in Nilaga not in tinola...its the proper way...not the way u want it ..

Lechon kawali or the full size lechon should be consumed occasionally or infrequently, due to the fat and cholesterol factor. I know it's easier said than done because lechon, esp. the crispy, reddish gold skin is sooo good it's hard to take just one bite 😁😁
