Love your lumpia recipe. By the way, you can also try baking the lumpia if you don’t want the fried version. Just brush some olive oil on them and bake. Will also turn out crispy.

Hi Jelena, great idea adding rice at your LUMPIA if "toge" or mong beans sprout is not available. You can make your own beans sprout by buying a "mung beans" at your local store and soak about half cup of the beans in water for 12 hours and you'll have instant "toge" or bean sprout and make your fav LUMPIA. Just remove the green skin of the beans and select the sprouts out from the water. Enjoy!

Hi Jelena if you frued lumpia let the cooking oil hot to make ut crunchy if the cooking oil bit cold the lumpia absorb the oil and become so oily thank you keep it up cooking Pilipino food

* Togue is sprouted beans or spouted munggo ..
How to make sprouted munggo ..soak munggo beans in water for 5-7 days then remove the excess skin of munggo

Ground pork ,chicken
Carrots
Egg
Flour or bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
