I did the interview today with the storea leader today by Zoom. I asked store director on LinkedIn for a weekend job . She sent my resume to the store lead and we got the interview today . All questions as her mentioned, about customer service, pass exp, asking for how to manage stressful or busy time , prioritize tasks on busy days…It was a great talk to them, at least get more understanding and know what they expect from new employees even though i dont know if i get hired or not

They were almost bought out by LVMH in late 2019, but the deal went a tad sour after significant deal issues remained unresolved and resultant legal mudslinging occurred both ways. The brand was apparently likely to get rebranded as "T" years ago within LVMH's greater acquisition portfolio, which pissed of Tiffany to no end. In late 2020, LVMH settled, payed out Tiffany, and bought it at a mildly reduced share price. Deal went through early 2021. Not sure what the state of the purchase vs. the state of the OG brand actually is now in 2022, but it may seem that the classic Tiffany brand is now a bit diluted within the larger LVMH brand empire.
Do you hate rich people after working in those places? I mean is basically handling rude, mean and entitled people, and of course I my case I would request a high salary because dealing with that kind of nasty people requires lots of energy, patience and of couse mental therapy regularly is a must. Dont work yourself out honey you are smart and young to be in that kinda of dehumanizing job. The wages in those jobs are a joke, basically peasants serving the wealthy.
