My question is do you get a discount and commission? Other than that, what's the difference between working there and Old Navy? No difference. I know you have to be attractive and present as a fashion privy person and of course be personable. Unless they are paying more than minimum wage, there's no difference between working there or working in Macys. But that's just my opinion.
