    Maybe a few words somewhere about what Pitta Dosah means -- but it seems to be about antsiness and hot-headedness and I feel so much better :)

      Aw yes pitta dosha that is out of balances can create excess heat in the body which can result in excess emotions and physical symptoms like anger, frustration , heat rash etc - so cooling it through a practice like that can help bring balance. Also cool drinks can help, relaxation and cool clothes. :) It is quite incredible and so wonderful ❤️
