Well, I'll tell you, I never commented before. I want to say, I suffered from shoulder, back, leg, and neck pain. Doing your exercise helped me out. I continue to watch and exercise. I have to do it slowly, but I do them. You two are the best. Stay safe, God Bless you both, Sonja and Christopher at Red Cardinal Kitchen

I first started watching you guys because my daughter recommended you, I had really debilitating lower back pain I needed help with. I was told I must have surgery, but everything in me resisted that. To many people I know who have had surgery just swapped one set of proplems for another set. So I just grit my teethe and lived with it.
Then I watched one of your videos about using a cane, and it changed my life. It was immediate, I was walking without any pain, and without wobbling, and very shortly I was on the mend. All because of your advise about the cane. I was even getting stronger going up and down stairs. I was feeling so good and confident that one day as I was moving around quickly I caught my foot under a rug and took a really bad fall and hurt my left hip, that was about 3 months ago.
Nothing was broke, I didn't hurt my back, it was just just my hip and it hurt like Hades and nothing helped! And then I found this video, everything changed instantly. I haven't had a decent nights sleep in 3 months, every two hours I have to get up to stand up to relieve the hip pain. Long story short as you suggested (leg pillow) I used two chair cushions as a leg elevation pillow, the pain stop immediately, I was so relieved I fell asleep. It was the first pain free sleep I have had since the fall! Last night I slept through the night, the pillows kept me on my back! I have walked with my cane without that horrible hip pain all morning. I ordered my leg pillow and neckroll (your favorites) from Amazon this moring, and I have started doing the exercises you say will help.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, I feel like I am getting my life back. Thank you! ❤❤❤

Loooong time subscriber here. Thank you guys - as always!
These stretches work for me. I was getting concerned about my hip pain and my hip actually trying to give out going down the stairs.
The improvement is almost immediate after starting the stretches!

I have fibromyalgia and don't know if my pain is lumbar, sacro-iliac or hips or all the above. I just know that it HURTS a lot to walk more than a few blocks. Low back and ass cheeks hurt bad unless I stop and stand still slightly hunched over for a minute then I can continue for a minute. Lather rinse repeat. Stretching doesn't help.

Bob and Brad have always said to do what you can and start slow. If it is painful, don't do it, but if you can get even a tiny bit more motion in any direction, it's a start. Check out more of their videos. If there's even one exercise you can do even a little bit will help.

One of the leading causes of arthritic pain is inflammation. If you have access to a nutritionalist or seek some anti inflammatory cook books. This helped me tremendously! Basically I only eat fresh vegetables fruit and fish chicken. It was not easy to start no bread no going out to eat just cooked the healthy food. Now it’s very easy. I go out to eat with friend occasionally still try to be healthy never fast food fried food and O stay away from sugar. I don’t mind as I don’t have painful times like before and move better. Plus I lost some weight:)

@@pmstff700 I'm convinced that inflammation is at the root of most health problems. Very Low Carb has worked wonders on me for 4 years. I've done 'experiments' of eating more carbs for 10 days, and I can feel and see the difference! Weights and cardio round this new lifestyle out. Many of my friends are achy, but don't want to cut down on their carbs. Oh well...

Has anyone had this issue? I went to a hip specialist years after having a subluxation of the hip from playing Judo. Having a high pain threshold, I continued to be very active until the age of 52. After an x-ray, the doctor said that I was a candidate for hip replacement on both sides. When I described the pain of my right hip he said, "That's not your hip, it's bone spurs."
The doctor refuses to operate on the spurs, and half heartedly suggested PT. A hip replacement will end my ability to participate in Judo. Has anyone here dealt with bone spurs of the hip successfully?

About 8 years ago I had calcium spurs on a hip.
Followed the prescription from a book called food combining and the specific on arthritis.
I stopped making and eating scones(flour) and consumed what was specified.
50mls of fish oil on an empty stomach, one meal of mostly vegetables.
36 hrs later incredible bladder pain, passed kidney stones ,and then found there was no hip pain

Don't do the clamshell in bed!
I did this a few years back and ended up not being able to pick up my leg for a few days!
At the time, Bob and Brad recommended doing them on a form surface.. not in bed.
    Just an fyi, folks.
