Another awesome video Brad and Mike!! I definitely needed this particular workout today!! Hi Bob in the background!! Blessings to you sir! I'll be sure to do these exercises today and do them everyday until I start walking better. 😊 Till next video! Enjoy your day guys! Toodles!
I'm 49. About 2 years ago, I was feeling a sharp pain in my left hip. I started doing your exercises, and within a month, the pain went away. I gained a bit of flexibility, too. Thanks! On a side note, what brand of shoes is your sidekick wearing? They're pretty nice. (Sorry, I don't know his name.)
So I have terrible aching in my right hip every night in bed especially when I lay on my right side It will wake me up. And it will also ache when I lay on my left side and it’s just the right hip. It goes away when I lay on my back. But I am a side sleeper. Any thoughts
Since I've been doing the deep or asian squat I have had no hip issues whatsoever. If at 75 I can do it so any one can. Might have to put some time into it at first

I had a toxic metal implant put in me that almost killed me. Itt took 4 years of me going to different doctors to get a diagnosis. I had the toxic implant taken out but I am very weak I cant do much at al. I used to be a dancer with the NYC ballet and surfer and martial artist and now I cant walk. My hips hurt alot so I want to do these exercises
Perfect video for me. I have to both stretch AND strengthen my hip IT band from Post surgical bursitis from walking w crutches, scooter, air cast etc. Thank you Mike as well, so I can combine BOTH of your videos. It DOES all work together!
I’m so glad you have made these 2 videos. I have just been told by my Doctor, after an xray, that I have ‘wear and tear’ in my hip joint. I usually do a walk every day for about 1 hour which is uncomfortable to start but eases off after a while. I have one question. Should I continue this? I am in the UK and there is a 3 month wait to see a physiotherapist so your video is great for me. Thank you so much.
