Probably one of the best soundtracks ever. I chole up everytime I hear it. The hell those men went through for us. 12 year Army vet. Semper Fi, Marines.
I listen to this daily, all I envision is my uncle Lenny in the ardens forest and the campaign thru Europe in 1944,he sent a letter home at Christmas told everyone not to worry, he came home hung his uniform up and never said a word about anything. Years later we finally found out about were he was. Figure that, The Greatest generation is a proper and fitting title. God Bless those guys and our Brave veterans of today. Your Countrymen thank you.
And thank you for your service. Your actions will be remembered and honored for years to come. Just like the heroes before us who fought for our freedom, you did the same and we will always be grateful. And if nothing else, you’re a much better hero than those on the screen. Because you looked at the opposition in the eyes and said “the US Navy doesn’t back down. It fights and wins”
I too get teary whenI here this. I have an appreciation for this because as a veteran, I thank those men that served during this time of our history. It angers me at the same time when I see and hear the folks today, particularly the younger generation that has no concept of all of this and instead resort to rioting and the such. And to think of what those men went through, wow how times have changed. Awesome music.
As a (MSO) war veteran i went threw two wars, 1980 and 1991. War is not a video game like many people think. The Pacific is painful reality which caused some flashbacks in my memories.
Listening to this music makes me cry a lot and I feel a lot of pain, I don't know why it happens, and its voice directly touches the heart, it feels like I have a lot to say, I don't know what, but I have to say it. 😭😭😭
I cry every time i listen to this masterpiece and think of every soldier of all the armed forces who gave there all so i could have a life God bless each and every one of them
Every time I hear that song. I think of my mom's brother, who was on Guadalcanel during WWII, as a Marine. It brings me joy and sadness at the same time knowing what was given in blood, sweat, and tears to take that island. Thank You, for that beautiful song 🎵 ❤️
Great job!🇺🇸 in memory of my Godfather: Gunnery Sgt Eddie Amaral. Squad Leader, Marine Assault Rifle Co. B., 1st Battalion , 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division. Peleliu. Bronze Star with Combat V, Purple Heart. September 15-25, 1944
@malangdatupalo4648 Thank you. I tell people the same thing. It was an honor to serve our great Nation and beloved Marine Corps. And I'd do it again. Semper Fi
“All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope.” -Winston Churchill Thank you for your service, soldier! 🫡
Thats the iconic Schindler's List quote from Tanakh, quote most touching/breaking heart. So much tear watching this movie. "i could save more but i didn't..."
@@yamadataigachannel4791And Schindler also brought it from the Holy Book of Quran: "For this reason, We decreed for the children of Isrā’īl that whoever kills a person not in retaliation for a person killed, nor (as a punishment) for spreading disorder on the earth, is as if he has killed the whole of humankind, and whoever saves the life of a person is as if he has saved the life of the whole of humankind."
Damn, this piece always hits me like a brick. Always wanted to serve, wasn't able to for personal reasons but this piece gives me chills everytime I hear it and imagine what it is like. The whole intro for the Pacific with the drawings is fantastic. God bless you veterans, we are all Americans and I for one cannot forget the sacrifice you made, giving up the prime of your youth to serve and not seeing your family and friends for years. Thank you veterans.
I had a great uncle who told me one day he was in a unit that landed on Omaha beach. As they boarded the landing craft all his sergeant said was“OK boys this is it.” He made it back home in one piece but was serious alcoholic for the rest of his life.
I'm really not a child of sadness. But I'm sitting here crying like a little child. I've never heard a song that gets under your skin like this and goes better with a war film. May the brave soldiers rest in peace.
Such a moving yet somber piece of music here...kinda gives me goosebumps & makes me think about all that those who have gone before me habe sacrificed in service to our nation & to all freedom loving nations around the world & paved the way for the freedoms and liberties that i am able to have & able to enjoy today. 😢😢😮😮
I was in awe and moved with this masterpiece! I’m no musician at all, I just like music overall and my mind was so blown away and puzzled how did they come up or compose with such a music piece like this? If I were the composer I’d be so proud especially if it’s dedicated to war heroes! THIS MUSIC SO GLORIOUS!
Siempre me ha encantado esta melodia, ahora después de haberla escuchado por primera vez hace 20 años, me gusta mas, sobre todo por lo que representa "HONOR"
I still look for the ship and men that got him home. The man that looked after him on the ship. Santee was a pilot. Named bagoulee. But no records of this ship.but it was a ship that took our troops. From Keelung. To freedom 3:31
Fantastic. Music. Amazing and divine spirit of the soldiers ur video does not have the thanks section which wud allow an indian National to offer her support .no matter how humble

As a US Marine veteran. I truly appreciate this performance. Semper Fidelis

I was a FMF corpsman with the 1st Marines. This tune pierces my soul.
Listening to this music makes me cry a lot and I feel a lot of pain, I don't know why it happens, and its voice directly touches the heart, it feels like I have a lot to say, I don't know what, but I have to say it. 😭😭😭
I cannot imagine having served and listening to this song thinking about people that were lost alongside me. That was beautiful

This might be the best performance and arrangement of the song that I’ve heard ever👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
