    The best part about ogura cake is slicing it into perfect square slices, the crumb structure looks so even and pretty 😌 I bet it tastes amazing

    謝謝您的分享,追蹤很久,已經嘗試過您上傳的咖啡餐包跟吐司系列,每次照著做都很成功。這次挑戰相思蛋糕,雖然我是用小烤箱製作,但還是有成功哦😆出爐前就聞到濃濃蛋香味,非常誘人!只是想請問老師,撥模後,下層有一層類似蛋皮的薄組織,可能是什麼環節出了問題呢?下次想改善!
    ps.我沒用香草精,但還是很好吃呢!

    Hi Apron ! Today I just baked mandarin oranges Ogura cake follow your recipe , the cake fluffy and taste delicious but there’s a layer egg york at the bottom off the cake again. I have tried many times with different cake followed all your recipes but still same... there always a layer of egg or cheese ( cheddar cheese cake ) . I really love all your recipes but 😌. .
