Hey I tried this cake today and it came out really fluffy and moist.The only thing I would add next time is almond extract.Since without any essence there is a slight eggy smell and it doesn’t emphasis almond flavour so adding almond extract would really help.Hope this helps anyone that trying to make this cake..totally it taste 👍🏻
thanks for the recipe, i have tried making it, and it turned out to be so soft and light in texture. but i did some changes, using the cake flour instead of plain flour. anyway thanks for the very simple yet tasty almond cake recipes
Made it twice and its very good. Not to mention its super easy to make. No separating the yolks from the whites yet its very spongy. I did however add a TS of almond extract, 1/4 TS of vanilla extract and 1/4 TS of orange extract. Loved it 💕
Looks fabulous! Some fresh berries would go well with this beautiful cake! A very light dusting of powdered sugar would make it even prettier for a special occasion!

If follow the RUclips procedures, will it fail or not .?. I have a bad experience every time the cake turns out to be too dry, hard like stone, deflated cake once out from the oven. Never succeed in baking cake such as chiffon 😭
If you consume the next day, it will taste even better, I don't know why but it was based on my experience. To enhance the aroma, may I add a tsp almond essence ?

Ground almond can be lumpy, mix together with flour and then sieve before using would make mixing much easier.
So .. I will mix the all dry ingredients including the almond flour ..then combine them with the eggs? Ok copy ... thanks

I think you should bake the cake for less time maybe 35 min
