Delicious carrot cake..it’s lovely...thanks for sharing your recipe...I really loved it very much...Although I do make it many times ...with a little difference in the recipe ..like putting spices in it..(ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves) it gives the cake a lovely taste too. I made it without the praline since I was tired and it was perfect though I did some small changes to it like a bit of vanilla extract to the egg mixture and one orange zest with the carrots and since I don't like currants I left it out. I recommend everyone to make it and if you did make more cream. Mine needed 375 grams soften cream cheese + 150 grams soften unsalted butter + 180 powdered sugar + 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.

I dont think You can do this Cake more perfect , other than maybe more carrots n maybe I will try with Pineapple too , then it really wouldnt be a Traditional Carrot Cake - which I believe You achieved with Your recipe with the Currants , maybe iffy with the Coconut for a Traditional POV . It looks Olde Fashion Victorian too . Thanks , I Love this 😊🧡⚘

1)打发鸡蛋和糖的目的是create air bubbles, 使蛋糕更蓬松吗?因为我看到老师的做法稍微和其他人不一样。。其他的都是倒进大碗里拌允而已,全程没用机器。。
2)如果食谱减少糖会影响蛋糕的texture/ structure 吗?
