O sea, se cortan solo para servirlos, pero se cocinan enteros, completos, para que no pierdan sus jugos ni sus propiedades alimenticias. Por eso las parrilladas argentinas, incluso de Buenos Aires ciudad, deben comenzarse varias horas antes de que lleguen los comensales, y así conocer los verdaderos sabores de nuestras carnes !. As a neighbouring uruguayan citizen I've been to Buenos Aires several times and I can say that there is no better place to enjoy quality and quantity when it comes to food than this fantastic city...
I can recommend,, looking at local websites etc for activities, since theres quite often are a tourist fee... i saved soo much money on just serching around for abit

Un muy buen vistazo a la comida de la región de la pampa argentina y la mayoría de lo que es comida al paso (comer de pié en un puesto callejero). He de reconocer que incluir en el video a las influencias italianas con sus pastas y helados, las españolas y las árabes con sus postres, las andinas, las patagónicas, las mesopotámicas y las fusiones de culturas, fácil con 5 hs de video te quedas corto. Cuando estaba en la escuela, para las fiestas patrias el ejército argentino nos convidaba el desayuno que sabía a gloria, y era el mate cocido con leche y miel de abejas con pan tipo francés o leche chocolatada con el mismo pan, nunca más he vuelto a probar esta exquisitez a pesar de tener la receta e intentarlo tantas veces que he perdido la cuenta.

Just an advice if you come to Argentina don't go for the tourist places to eat, just ask the local people what is the best place to eat and you will get the best and most authentic experience for what you pay.

El Imperio de Chacarita, la Mezzetta, Los campeones( near Boca stadium), el Credrón, el fortín, el palacio de la pizza. Meat: premium: la cabrera. popular and soooo god: El ferroviario, las talas del entrerriano. In every neighboorhood you have one amazing.
The street sandwich called "lomito": The idea is that they prepare it quickly, that it is cheap because it is fast food. You're supposed to eat there on your work break. Don't expect a great flavor, it will be good but not like in a restaurant. We have "bodegons" there you wil get a lot of food, can be "cheap" or expensive it depends. Some of them offers all you can eat, so ask. (La Bistecca in Puerto Madero its cheap, all you can eat, is not a bodegon but it works like one of them) Finally you have "gourmet" food, personally i hate it because you will experiment good flavors but not a large amount of food. I feel scammed in those places, but there are people who like that experience. Thats Buenos Aires, you will enjoy Bariloche if you like cold weather and snow (you can do snowboard or ski but it is expensive af). Do you want wines? go to Mendoza, there are wines tours.

Okay, hi, local here. What he's eating at guerrin is not your average pizza over here. Guerrin is considered one of the classic pizza places in Buenos Aires, but that pizza is not what most pizzas look like, lol. It's actually pretty exclusive to guerrin!.

Yes. It's actually a common thing for travel channels to post a long video of all the places they've went to when they've visited a country. This video may be old but it isn't necessarily a re-upload.
