It brings me joy and good memories every time I see Virginia and Sonny hosting together, their vibe is entertaining and knowledgeable. Hiring her tours while visiting Hong Kong is a must! I'll recommend her and her company to my cousin who's always at HK for work. Everybody goes crazy about wonton noodles, never had those but looking foward to! And I'm very curious about abalone. I like how Virginia is so cool and relaxed with Sonny.....but seemed a bit on the edge and nervous with Mark Wiens a few weeks ago
Mark is pretty intense though. Those eyes alone are the stuff of nightmares. And that orgasmic sound he makes when he tastes food are just weird and probably made Virginia uncomfortable.
Nobody wants to see those yummy face of Mark. Mad annoying. Its just so fakey when it's so repetitive. And like mentioned above, those big ass eyes are intimidating.

I didn't see anything weird between her and Mark. I thought she was lovely with him. He even shared all the meals they had with her, and she got to enjoy the food as well. In these videos, she's mostly just sitting off to the side watching Sonny eat.
Virginia is basically the mvp she has a fun personality and is just overall knowledgeable

You know what would be funny to see? At around @37:48 if everytime you created a new cut between your talking, a piece of food disappears in each cut but from the same camera angle. Making the food look like it's so good it's disappearing before you can finish talking about it

watching this show when I'm eating is always a gamble, this time it paid off.
Very good video. As someone who's been inspired by you and other food travel bloggers I've been making my own food videos in Singapore featuring my mom. I think at this point there are so many food bloggers / influencers that people don't think it's weird seeing someone shooting a video while eating. People might find it annoying though.
A few other comments as you probably know but the viewers might not the Vietnamese have an almost identical noodle dish using egg noodles and wontons. I've had that very lobster dish you had but never thought of slurping the noodles with the shell. I get the feeling some diners might get offended by that. Finally you could spend a $100,000 dollars in a day on food in Hong Kong. You could get sharks fin or swallows nest. If you're really adventurous and unscrupulous there are still places that serve bear and even rare and endangered species.
