Excellent crew and staff. They made the snafus smooth and manageable. Did the best they could. Can’t fly without a squawk number. JetBlue also did a delay snack service. Worked for UAL many years ago. Glad to see some of that old company customer service still around. Like the 70s and 80s.

One of the hazards of flying! I've had three mechanical fails within the past two years. Looks like United took care of you pretty well however.
I have never seen snacks offered in the terminal by the airline when a flight is delayed. I wonder how often that happens.
