  • 2020 F250 with gas 7.3 Godzilla motor. Procharger and longtube headers installed by High PSI Performance in Harker Heights, Texas. 150 hp gain. Dyno sheets on future video.

    Very nice my friend! I’m curious if you’re at all worried about future problems with adding after market parts?

      Not worried at all, but i have an extra vehicle. It is not new to me. I was running nitrous 20 years ago. Street cars that i would run at the track. The only difference from then is i'm having professionals do the install.

      Mileage did not change with procharger. About 14 mpg (not towing) with my driving style. When i did the math the gas cost was same as diesel. Diesel truck gets better mpg but costs more per gallon. While towing i think i am getting better mpg with the procharger but haven't made a long enough run to confirm it.

      Lol. Yeah, i thought i ordered the procharger with the option to use the stock air box. Thanks for the reminder cause i noticed the same thing.

      I run a banks Idash with sensors in the manifold. The air box temp matches the manifold temps which is right about ambient when moving. Sitting at a light in az heat it reaches 160⁰

      @@ted4719 i ordered the ibank a while back. I think its finally shipping. Its wierd not seeing the boost and temps.

    150hp extra seems low. Mines pushing 570 and they screwed up and dynoed it in 6th gear not 7th which is the 1:1. So that probably not showing its true numbers either.

      Thanks for the info. I've been trying to get a dyno run at a different facility. On mine they raised top speed limit to 125 so the dyno run would not hit the limiter.

      @@GojirasBreath I have a bank's Idash on mine and it has an option for speed. So far I've hit 130. Do you have the standard setup procharger offers or did you customize it? I went with the p1x and asked for 10psi. I'm getting a lil under after I swapped the manifold for a tunnel ram.

      @@ted4719 its the procharger tune. I ordered the i-bank a month ago. Long wait. Supposed to have it in May. I tow heavy at times so i don't want to push the tune real heavy. My next 2 mods is traction bars and double adjustable shocks. I am focusing on the launch at dragstrip (60 ft times). A dodge 1500 trx (truck with hellcat engine) beat me by 1/2 second in the 1/8 mile. I can easily make that up with good traction at launch. The shocks were hard to find. I'll have a video on them soon. Once dialed in i should be more comfy on the street and make a few clicks for the track.

      @@GojirasBreath two months is a long wait. I have banks pedal monster too and the first one died after 18 months and left me with a dead pedal like they claim could never happen 🙄. Never say never I guess. It quit working just after I hit the hwy. Once I pulled it out the truck worked again.
      I've raced a couple Camaro in the street a charger and a 370z so far I won

      Nice job on the street. When i was at the track it was 1/8 mile that night. I ran same time as the latest mustang mach 1. He probably would have beat me in a full 1/4 mile run. May 10th is my next opportunity for a 1/4 mile run so should have numbers soon. You got the stock blocks in your rear axle? Thinking of swapping them out to lower it 1.5". Not sure if that would cause excessive squat when towing. My boat is 7,000 pounds.

      Yes. Skidsteer, 14ft dump trailer, round bales of hay on a 25ft gooseneck trailer, and a 27ft center console twin emgine boat.

      It's a 2020 and its paid off. Warranty was gone a year ago based on mileage.

      @@QuadTap i took it to an 1/8 mile track and ran 9.08 in the 1/8. My 60ft time (launch) was bad. Should be in the 8's with traction bars and tire pressure changes. As is i should be high 13's in the 1/4 mile. Theres a utube short (draggy run) on my channel that should show the 0-60 time.

      Lol. If you want to make it about mpg then sure. When i bought the truck i did the math. The cost of fuel per mile was the same between gas and diesel. Diesel fuel costs more. I didn't factor in the extra $9,000 for the actual diesel engine, just the gas cost.

      My drag racing times are in full view on this channel. Right now my truck is faster than a stock HO diesel ford which is faster than a stock duramax. Thanks for watching.

      Ruffly $10k. About the same price as upgrading to a diesel when the truck was bought new. One surprise was installation was almost free. Buying it from an authorized dealer that installs worked out well. They have wholesale profit in the unit. I probably saved $2,000 or more vs buying the procharger and hiring a shop to install it. I'll be taking it to a 1/4 mile dragstrip within 3 weeks to really find out what she has. Oh, no gas milage drop at all. Can't wait to tow cause this truck sucks at mpg with a big load. I am thinking it might do better with this, but will see.

      @GojirasBreath that's awesome, brother. Keep posting updates because I am considering buying the same truck you have and installing the same setup. I like diesel trucks, but I have no need for a diesel engine . Gas has always been the better choice for me

      I’d love this. But I have dual battery and alternator 😂. I guess whipple it is.
