  • After getting the remaining small mechanical items done on our list we took the Foxbody mustang, otherwise known as Foxzilla, over to the dyno. Thanks to our buddies at Off the Line for letting us use the dyno for the evening, and also thank you to Sam for the tune!
We did encounter a couple small issues so we weren't able to go for big power during this session, but we will make a couple changes to our setup and come back to the dyno later to see full power numbers,
Thanks for watching and please subscribe to our channel!

I’d LOVE to keep running them but I think President Potatohead will ruin that for me. Even if I adapt to OD tranny/TBI…. 🤦🏻‍♂️ But I digress. You are using a motor designed by the factory to pull, to hot rod, which is cool, just means the motor is going to need more messaging.
For the 7k spent on this 7.3, you could have a L86, add port injection, cams, get some headwork, and a turbo for the same price. Add the fact that the 6.2 is 200lbs lighter, and a smaller footprint. Just seems like one is clearly the winner, unless you're just fanboying, which is cool. . . But I wouldn't pay more to go slower

It just seems to me that nobody can get these Godzilla motors to produce the power that a new engine of that displacement should be making.

What would be a number that you have specifically in mind? In this video we had some limitations that set us back in making 1000whp, we now broke through those limitations and are making 1080 to the wheel. There are a few others already making 1500+ hp. You have to also remember that the Godzilla platform is in its first 4 years in the aftermarket, the LS has 20+ years of aftermarket development and support. As more companies continue to develop parts the numbers will go up.

Weak. 1200hp. Too much money too little brains. No hub dyno. Weak

well considering we redesigned the oiling system from scratch, made our own intake with built in intercooler and did a bunch of development work on the motor I'd say we're doing pretty good. We don't have access to a hub dyno locally at the moment.
