    Hi very good video...what options can one use to avoid Kidney stones other than Morrica and Green sorrels...I know that Spinach is not good for kidney stones...
    Also kindly share the diet plan Indian style to be followed apart from smoothie...
    I already started smoothie

      Any Macro greens would do, you can use mustard leaves, any type of lettuce, Kale or seasonal saag that is available. Darker the green, the better it is for you. You can find the diet plan and other details on FreedomFromDiabetes.org
