‣ 2 large eggs
‣ 1 cup rice
‣ 1 large onion
‣ 2 medium carrots
‣ 3 large cloves garlic
‣ 1 cup or 180 grams frozen peas
‣ 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
‣ butter ≈ 2 tbsp
‣ olive oil if needed
‣ green onions
‣ salt

‣ 1 liter/4 cups chicken broth
‣ 1 onion
‣ 2 cloves garlic
‣ 1 medium tomato
‣ parsley or cilantro
