5. heel taps 6. jump rope 7. abdominal plank 8.double unders or basic jumps
this cardio and abs workout at home its practical & efficient the tabata workout its based on 4 abs exercises & 4 jump rope exercises performed in a 20 second period by 10 seconds rest until the funtional training its completed in 4 minutes
