    This popped up after your dad’s knee program. I thought, … why not! I then did part of a gentle beginner cardio. I definitely got a good workout today!

    Another brilliant workout, thank you. Whilst I can do more advanced workouts this was perfect for today. My asthma isn’t good at the moment but I still want to exercise.

    Lifesaver for me. Since feeling like pinched point at the left hip when stepping found your channel. I do aquatics twice a week but need a bit more. Thank you so much Jewel. Will start the arms with weights class. Weights are great for seniors.

    Yes, this exercise is great for me. I have autoimmune disease and it’s attacking my joints. Would love to see more strengthen and stretching exercises. I’m 68. Thanks!

    Do you have a class showing a way to get up if we do fall? That is an issue with me...no strength with back and neck complications.
    I do enjoy your classes and I enjoy having the music!

      I work with seniors and we are taught to encourage the person to go on to your side, slowly push your upper body up with your arm/s, then use a chair or object to assist you with getting up (if possible). If there is no object, go onto one knee to slowly get up.

      If there is a move that you can't do, just modify it to something that you can do.
