This popped up after your dad’s knee program. I thought, … why not! I then did part of a gentle beginner cardio. I definitely got a good workout today!

Lifesaver for me. Since feeling like pinched point at the left hip when stepping found your channel. I do aquatics twice a week but need a bit more. Thank you so much Jewel. Will start the arms with weights class. Weights are great for seniors.

Yes, this exercise is great for me. I have autoimmune disease and it’s attacking my joints. Would love to see more strengthen and stretching exercises. I’m 68. Thanks!
Do you have a class showing a way to get up if we do fall? That is an issue with me...no strength with back and neck complications. I do enjoy your classes and I enjoy having the music!
I work with seniors and we are taught to encourage the person to go on to your side, slowly push your upper body up with your arm/s, then use a chair or object to assist you with getting up (if possible). If there is no object, go onto one knee to slowly get up.
Now my hips and legs are ready for a nice walk. Thank you!
