Thank You so very much, Doctor. I have had a very challenging time being mobile for over twenty years. Chiropractic and acupuncture has kept me moving, often painfully, but moving. These exercises have enabled me to walk, with a rollator, for almost 2 kilometres, each time I go out. I used to only walk about the distance of 5 houses, so this is a huge improvement, both physically and psychologically. I thank you so much for this video, which has made this possible. You were so relaxed while demoing the exercises that I had no fear of hurting myself or creating more pain. I have difficulty walking and was quite surprised and encouraged when I started these exercises three weeks ago, to discover how flexible my legs and feet were. Although I walk a lot, my long-standing problem is that when I lie down I have an abnormal need for someone to massage my calves! I can't always "torture" my wife, but sometimes she helps, squeezes my calves or sits on them, that helps me! However, I would like to have a device similar to a device for measuring blood pressure!
