You are saving lives!!!!!! I came across your video and all the doctors are shocked to see a 29 year old with no prior medical history come in and all they can think of my diagnosis was Guillain-Barre (gee-YAH-buh-RAY) syndrome , my foot felt like pins and needles for 72 hours straight and all of suddden I tried this video and I shit you not within hours of testing and waking up I got waken up from a nurse “can you feel your foot” my nerves were alive again! Thank you so much for making educational videos like this, and although this may not help everyone and their specific needs you have helped me!!! And that counts for something 🎉 keep being great! Have a blessed day 😊

Hi I’m a 66 year old type 2 diabetic and I’ve had neuropathy in both feet for years. It’s so bad that many nights I’ll wake up from the pain. Countless nights sitting on the edge of my bed at 3 am exhausted unable to lie down anymore because of the pain. My days are ruined because I’m exhausted all the time from a lack of sound sleep. Then a miracle happened......I watched your video and I realized you were talking to me. I got the bio freeze the same day and it worked. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. That night I sleep like a baby no pain in my feet whatsoever. I don’t know how to thank you enough. I can’t believe I’ve suffered for so many years believing there was nothing out there that could help me. Wow I’m amazed.....thanks again I’m a new man. I’m going to try the exercises you’ve recommended next.

This is the BEST presentation on Peripheral Neuropathy I have ever seen. I'm 77 and have some - I thought - mechanical damage to feet from Bunions, a Hammer Toe - and a long active life, walking (not running) everywhere, from mountains to all around Manhattan where I lived most of my life. I've got some numbness at the base of Toes and balls of Feet, depending in where the Injuries were. There's no Pain. I take Benfotiamine. I don't massage enough. I need to work on the Biomechanics - I won't be 25 again but I can make Feet function better.

We did not discuss to some of the options you brought up. I'm going to definitely call on him for some answers based on your recommendations. I'm happy to see you're not some get rich quick scheme by taking $50 for my pocket. plenty of doctors seem to practice the hipocritical oath, instead of the Hippocratic

Well, I’m 60, faced neuropathic pain, burning feet syndrome, sleepless nights, put feet in icy water, massage, oiling feet, Neuro tablets, B12 was slightly below, sugar was pre-diabetic, so ate lot of B12 tablets and took several shots as well, left sugar, starch for 4 months; but no change. The burning pain started in palms as well. Tests EMG, MRI etc., came positive for CIDP.
Ultimately, took very costly IVIG 50 small drips for five days. After that pain subsided, but painkillers are continued even after 4 weeks now. I want to reduce medicine but my doctor insists to continue medicine. I had also started one hour gym exercises for four months now. 12 mins elliptical to burning 120 cal, then glute, hamstrings, quarts, calf and feet exercises on different machines. Things are much much better now MASHA ALLAH.

My foot pain came after I had Covid. I noticed my feet getting sore while I lay in bed but just assumed it was through lack of walking. It got so bad that three weeks later I was seriously thinking of getting a wheel chair. I found a Doctor who practises Chinese medicine. He has helped with nerve pain but now the rest is up to me. I must do these foot exercise and look for that ankle board. So 6 weeks later I have turned the corner with the pain now for the exercises. Thank you so much.

Thanks for exercises. Wearing compression socks for years but have to slit them over the top of the ball of the foot to prevent that Morton's neuroma pain. Lost 40 pounds and much of pain is gone. Wearing sandals with arch support and metatarsal support helps with Morton's neuroma and bunion. The more of the video, the more I realize how many of these factors I've already adopted. Just need to get with the exercise.

I had my Morton's neuroma on left foot removed at age 35. Wearing closed shoes was agony. Then it grew again and on my right foot too, so i had them removed at age 61. Now that i am almost 70 an ultrasound showed that it regrew again on left foot, but it doesn't hurt when wearing closed shoes.
Why do they regrow? I would recommend you taking them out. What a relief it was to have them out.

I am about to turn fifty soon and I am living proof that diabetic neuropathy absolutely CAN be completely reversed! have been diagnosed with early-stage type 2 diabetes and was experiencing diabetic neuropathy. It first started when my friend invited me to a church service where I was sitting for two and a half hours. When I went to stand up and walk, my left leg was completely weak and stiff.I couldn't even stand on it at all, much less take a step forward. This same thing kept happening to me anytime I was sitting for more than 15 minutes at a time. In addition to that, I would feel tingling sensations in my feet and toes, especially in the morning.
I started reading up on what I was experiencing and when I learned that it could eventually lead to amputation, it scared the bejesus out of me! I went on a 21-day raw food fast, into a 5-day liquid vegetable juice fast and lastly transitioned into a 4 day water fast (yeah, I know I went a tad extreme, but it worked out). Once I came off the fast, I completely changed my diet. I cut out sugar, stop drinking packaged/bottled fruit juice and of course sodas, even the ones that contain artificial sweeteners. I also cut out wheat, rice and white potatoes. I incorporate a lot of raw and cooked vegetables and limit my fruit intake to only one fruit per day (preferably not bananas). I had already been a pescatarian for a little over 2 years prior to this recent dietary change anyway and I rarely used dairy products such as milk, cream and cheese. The key to reversing diabetic neuropathy is to treat the insulin resistance and fatty liver that are causing it in the first place, primarily through diet and also by adding in exercise (you won't believe the magical effect that 20 minutes of brisk walking 4 days a week can have on your body).
Bottom line, you CAN reverse diabetic neuropathy as well as early stage type 2 diabetes without any medication at all.

i happened upon your video I can relate to everything you talked about. Its funny cuz' you answered all the problem nerve pain questions i have had or wondered about for the past 20 years or so. Thank you for reminding me how important it is to find the source of nerve pain. I just wanted to say how programmed people are to buy over the counter pain reliever. I never thought about the position of my foot and stretching those nerves at my ankle and then walking all day.

Excellent video … would like to mention that at 68 (lots of chronic pain) please ensure these exercises are do able for seniors that cannot bend like u are. I broke my right ankle 2023 summer. One week later cellulitis developed ensuring that i could no longer wear an air cast. So soft laced up boot used. I never quit having pain. Turned into stabbing, tingling, numbness, etc. Compression socks helps lots even now 8 months later. Was diagnosed with CRPS. Went to a sports clinic this week and said not CRPS but neuropathy nerve pain. Besides several of your suggestions like exercise Dr. Started me anti depressant for nerve pain. It makes me crazy drowsy so far but only a few days in. Tried pregabalin but stopped as it made me super trippy. Incidentally my uninjured ankle on left side has nerve pain too. This is not fun at all.

We find peripheral neuropathy is not always just peripheral neuropathy. Many times there are some correctable biomechanical issues that can be the true source of pain. Other times it may be advanced neuropathy that benefits most from repairing significant health issues likes diabetes or chemotherapy if possible.

I had botulism and was paralyzed for nearly 3 months. It took that long before my neurons started firing so I could learn how to walk, talk, do everything again! While much of my lingering problem is in the mass of my central nervous system in my back, I have major issues with my feet. When my body started popping awake my feet would feel like they caught on fire, they would be swollen and have bright red striations over my whole feet. It would burn for some 5-8 minutes and that’s a long time on Fire. Then it would stop and just be swollen . This went on for maybe 6 months. Now they don’t burn they just have bursts of pain and swelling. I like how you give us solutions to these issues, thank you very much. I’m going to try these exercises and see if they help at all. Right now at night I end up lathering my neck, back, hips, ankles and feet, knees, wrists and backs of my hands with muscle rub and put a heating pad on the worst part of the night, I take my gabapentin and anti inflammatories, and methadone just to try to pass out because it’s the only time I don’t hurt for just a little while if I can get a little sleep. I’m going to try the exercises, and fix part of me. Thank you thank you thank you! And I will follow your channel I appreciate your honest opinions, all Dr.’s should strive to be so helping

I just receive more information from your video than my neurologist provided. An EMG showed idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. I have high arches and didn't wear the the correct shoes or arch supports for many years because nobody ever said anything about it - no doctor, no shoe person. But I never noticed a problem until after I had radiation therapy for cancer. It gradually got worse and now the numbness is above my right knee, but just about mid-calf in the left leg, and they feel totally different, altho, there is pain in both feet and ankles. When my ankles get cold, the pain is intense, so I wear leg warmers year round. I'm glad you mentioned the sciatic nerve as I am having issues with that and wondered how the sciatic nerve might affect the peripheral neuropathy. My doc wants me to take meds and I said no for now. I will get some bio freeze and work with your suggestions. Thank you!

      Hi Sheri ..,
SORRY to interupt on your comment ! I too had Immunitberapy, Radiation and have terrible Nueropathic pain and Neuropathy. Since Sept 2019. Though not only in feet and hands. In my back, hips, mis section, legs to tippy toes, and hands.
My Nuerologist team and pain management team had me on dexamethasone for 2 years due to serious treatment related side effects in my brain! All is ok with my brain NOW (phew)so far! Recently now I'm off Dexamethasone,, I had a long slow taper, and watched closely by my team.
However I had a question if you do NOT mind:) I've been on gabapentin since April of 2020, I find it VERY tolerable, have heard some do not tolerate! It works well, but I'm on it w times daily and find in the evening it doesn't always work through the whole night ! I wear slippers to bed. Bxus if one foot brushes the OTHER BOOM In awake my neuropAthy is that painful. I can NOT walk barefoot, I can walk in certain thick soul slippers, but do have special sneakers I found that I wear constantly.
My question is,,, I always wondered why OTHERS felt with their Nuerooathy in feet and legs if you have in your legs! Do you have extreme pain walking? Cramped feet, heals and toes painful when bent!
Can you feel water temperatures on legs and feet! Cold hot water etc?
Do your feet feel cramped at times?
Prickly, numbness, differences from day to day?
What else of Gabapentin helps you, as you've been on for 8 years?
Sorry and how and what makes YOU more comfortable!
I'm asking bcuz so many have diff feeling and IM wondering if more may be going on, and could be Nueropathy pain not Neuropathy!
Also I can not walk long distances, have to use wheel chair! Siatix pain from gate to compensate from pain!
I've had NOW over 2 years, VERY painful and scary t times, sometimes my ankles feel broken! Very confused, my pain managment and Nueroligist, onocologist team do not say much and say that's normal or could be, never firm on feeling of pain or sensTions. Can be scary
I would appreciate any advise VERY much IF you don't mind :)
      Take care♡

I was diagnosed with neuropathy but I am not diabetic and after many blood tests, nothing could explain it. I was seen my everyone for this, then during a physical therapy session for my back, a movement stopped the pain in my foot. I released and the pain came back. So an MRI was done of my lower back and a onsible. So off to the spine surgeon I went, now waiting for a safe way to get to it. Right now injections are being done but have not given much relief.

I am 72, vegan, had a car accident two years ago, no alcohol, no smoking, zero facial wrinkles, no pharmaceutical meds except the occasional Tylenol. I am active, stretch, get massages but sometimes wake up with leg cramps that make me scream, so much pain in my feet, legs, thighs, glutes, etc when I walk, to the point where I have to stop, sit down, stretch and rest before going on. Doctors say it's because of arthritis and aging. What do you think? Am I past the point of no return? LOL. Thanks!

The supplement Calm with calcium might help that problem. I used to have those issues until a holistic MD figured out I had a magnesium deficiency, which many people have. Magnesium and potassium is very low in US crops, so eating a magnesium- and potassium-rich diet is difficult even for vegans. Your body being involved in a car accident could have been stressful on your adrenals, and the adrenals love magnesium and potassium during stressful - physical, chemical, or emotional - times. Vitamin C might be very helpful, as well. The adrenals are vitamin C-rich glands. 👍🏾👏🏾

Had back & feet issues for along time( In Nursing) In 2016 had back surgery, fix my back to a point, but increase foot problem.
Very active till my feet get to hurting,
Fell like Heavey Vice in around both ankle s and feet.
I've talk with my podiatrist and he said it's got a lot to do with old age.
I'm 64, I m still young at heart Very Active, and I refuse not to be ambulatory or go to a hospital bed so I pushed through whatever pain issues and I do my best. Don't like taking a lot of pills ,that cloud my judgment I want to be aware and alert for as long as I can you do whatever I can.

When I feel better I’ll walk too fast or pull/carry too much weight & I’ll aggravate the nerve & I’ll feel pain in different parts of my foot & sometime the pain goes to the leg. The leg pain goes away & I’ll be left with pain in the foot that moves around depending on the day.

I'm scared, did I damage my nerves? Hobbling around. Massaging and magnesium soaks.

Doctor, you tell it like it is. At the age of eighty-four, I really feel it. I have been told that I have nerve damage and at first, I didn't believe that it was by being abused as a child. I investigated it through a well-known source and according to psychologists and physicians, it made sense. I was beaten in my spine and there was time, I was crying, and then nothing. Everything turned gray. I thought my life was ending. Another time, I almost got electrocuted by playing with electricity as a child and I froze, then started shaking and everything grayed out. Fortunately, I fell to the floor and the leads broke loose. I remember my whole body feeling like I was being jabbed with a million needles for a length of time afterward. I was also told that it could have caused nerve damage. Now I suffer with great pain and none of the doctors can fix it. Someone told me who suffers from neuropathy, and he recommended that I obtain a natural product which is R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, 100 mg and I just got it in the mail today. It didn't cost much because it is a trial. The person I was mentioning said that he takes 600 mg a day and it works. Once the trial is over, it is expensive. It must show me that it will work. I also must check with my doctor if it is OK to take it because of the many meds that I take and the many different conditions that I have. Right now, I am going to physical therapy and taking a tai chi class. Doctors just don't know what to do for me. I just don't want to continually be in pain and interrupt my sleep and I cannot use a BiPAP device because of it. Please excuse me for mentioning my childhood but that I believe was the cause of it. Personally, if the doctors don't know what to do, I certainly don't, either. I have been told just to live with it. I am glad I came across your video and hopefully, I can put it to beneficial use. Thanks again for your presentation.

We are in the greatest spiritual warfare and destitution in all of human history. Its a God versus evil war to the death. Our daily Godliness, morals and prayerfulness are a matter of life and death every day..
      * AntiChrist lefties are trying to take over the church, Christianity, America, Israel, media, education, institutions, Vatican, Democrats and the world
      * Vatican Exorcist Fr. Malichi Martin knew the third secret of Fatima and though he had an oath of secrecy he despised the church hiding it- he could allude to it though and said in 1996 that it was about Russia, Ukraine and 3 days darkness. He was murdered three years later and an official version of the secret was released a year after his death..
      * The cowardly and diabolical abandment of exorcisms, spiritual wafare, deliverances and Godly Holy Spirit infilling has caused all the destructions in the world past and present
      * Christians should prayer walk & drive around their communities and capitals regularly; it brings Gods presence, drrives out evil and blesses Gods people..

I have suffered with Sciatic Nerve damage for 16 years. It happened after I had a disc to rupture and the Chiropractor I went to that morning did an incorrect manipulation…..without X-rays or any tests to see what happened. After the manipulation, I felt nauseated immediately and then my left leg started to go numb. It felt like warm water running down my leg all the way to my toes! I’ve had to deal with numbness and explosive pressure ever since that morning in April of 2006. My life was changed forever!! 😩😫😫.
