You are saving lives!!!!!! I came across your video and all the doctors are shocked to see a 29 year old with no prior medical history come in and all they can think of my diagnosis was Guillain-Barre (gee-YAH-buh-RAY) syndrome , my foot felt like pins and needles for 72 hours straight and all of suddden I tried this video and I shit you not within hours of testing and waking up I got waken up from a nurse “can you feel your foot” my nerves were alive again! Thank you so much for making educational videos like this, and although this may not help everyone and their specific needs you have helped me!!! And that counts for something 🎉 keep being great! Have a blessed day 😊

I'm 62 and been working on my feet nonstop for over 40 years. The best thing for my screaming pain? Stretching and working on the feet. Rubbing, messaging, rolling. That's works the best for me. Thanks Doc.
Good advice. I worry about the long-term consequences of medicines like ibuprofen 800 mg and gabapentin. I just went to my first podiatrist. We did not discuss to some of the options you brought up. I'm going to definitely call on him for some answers based on your recommendations. I'm happy to see you're not some get rich quick scheme by taking $50 for my pocket. plenty of doctors seem to practice the hipocritical oath, instead of the Hippocratic oath!
@Get on the cross and don’t look back Quoting the bible is about as insensitive as telling people, 'Just be happy!' Repent? You go ahead and repent. I'm not a sinner like you people. -Ex-Christian. p.s. Can't you people be original for once and say something that comes from the heart and spirit, instead of some dark ages mythical quote? You should be embarrassed!
I feel like I’m now living in a walking hell! It started with the toe next to the hammer (big toe) it’s become a nuisance..please help me. I’ve also noticed this started when I bought a new pair of ASICS

Thanks for exercises. Wearing compression socks for years but have to slit them over the top of the ball of the foot to prevent that Morton's neuroma pain. Lost 40 pounds and much of pain is gone. Wearing sandals with arch support and metatarsal support helps with Morton's neuroma and bunion. The more of the video, the more I realize how many of these factors I've already adopted. Just need to get with the exercise.

I had my Morton's neuroma on left foot removed at age 35. Wearing closed shoes was agony. Then it grew again and on my right foot too, so i had them removed at age 61. Now that i am almost 70 an ultrasound showed that it regrew again on left foot, but it doesn't hurt when wearing closed shoes. Why do they regrow? I would recommend you taking them out. What a relief it was to have them out.
Thank you so much for this information. I am in my 60s & I think it’s due to aging. It started out on left, now it’s both feet. Burning & numbness at night & now during the day also. No pain at all. I have had MRIs, preparing for injection. I have been to Podiatrist, Neurologist & Neurosurgeon. Your video has given me more insight than all of them . I plan to try these exercises tonight.

Nerve Factor has saved my life! I found it on Amazon. I've been able to come down on my Lyrica and almost don't even need it. I take Nerve Factor twice a day and NO NERVE PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I take alpha lipoic acid at night when I get up to pee on an empty stomach. It has helped reduce mine by at least 90%. I've been doing this for a month and hope it gets even better the longer I do this.
I've had nerve pain in my foot for almost 17+ years now... it's almost a natural thing for me to stretch not knowing what I should do to lessen the pain... thanks for this video!

I'm 75 years old-this exciting pain tour started at 20 years of age with ankylosing spondylitis. PD, RA, T2D, Peripheral neuropathy, and glaucoma have been added to the list. I have been doing all the physical and medicinal therapies for relief. I'm going pretty good though each year, slowing down & doing less, still taking care of myself. Thanks for your honesty and no snake oil sales (cures).

NEUROPATHY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DIET !!! MY FUTURE SON IN LAW HAS DEVELOPED A MEDICINE THAT KILLS 90 % OF THE BURNING AND PIN AND NEEDLES AND COLD AND HOT FEET OF MINE IN THE 1ST 7 DAYS !!!! AND GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOW I CAN FEEL MY TOES AGAIN AND IT DOESN'T HURT TO WEAR SHOES. I HAD TO WEAR ASICS NIMBUS SHOES AND THEN GET A NEW INSERT FOR THEM SO THAT COMES UP TO AROUND $180 DOLLARS A PAIR... NOW I CAN WALK AND CLIMB LADDERS WITHOUT BURNING FEET.
I had botulism and was paralyzed for nearly 3 months. It took that long before my neurons started firing so I could learn how to walk, talk, do everything again! While much of my lingering problem is in the mass of my central nervous system in my back, I have major issues with my feet. When my body started popping awake my feet would feel like they caught on fire, they would be swollen and have bright red striations over my whole feet. It would burn for some 5-8 minutes and that’s a long time on Fire. Then it would stop and just be swollen . This went on for maybe 6 months. Now they don’t burn they just have bursts of pain and swelling. I like how you give us solutions to these issues, thank you very much. I’m going to try these exercises and see if they help at all. Right now at night I end up lathering my neck, back, hips, ankles and feet, knees, wrists and backs of my hands with muscle rub and put a heating pad on the worst part of the night, I take my gabapentin and anti inflammatories, and methadone just to try to pass out because it’s the only time I don’t hurt for just a little while if I can get a little sleep. I’m going to try the exercises, and fix part of me. Thank you thank you thank you! And I will follow your channel I appreciate your honest opinions, all Dr.’s should strive to be so helping
When this came up on my YT feed I almost passed it by due to mental overload. I'm glad I watched it. You gave me great information I hadn't heard elsewhere and a bit more hope that I can continue to better manage the pain. Liked and subscribed. Thanks!

Thank you for this great video. I have neuropathy due to cancer chemo therapy. I just caved to medication from my doctor for a short time. I am working part time on my feet all day. I do a 15 min stretch routine that covers what you showed (YAY). I am doing somethings right and I feel very hopeful. This video was a godsend because I thought I had to just live with this but I will fight this and win. I won cancer so I know I need to be a warrior again...
My hubby has been dealing with the after effects from chemo too. NHL stage 4. They gave him the battleship chemo treatments which caused heart, nerve, plus other issues that were barely an issue before treatment to heart attack, stroke, nerve damage, gait and few others that have quadrupled because of it. Not sure which was better to deal with.
@@sherrihinton8567 Hi Sheri .., SORRY to interupt on your comment ! I too had Immunitberapy, Radiation and have terrible Nueropathic pain and Neuropathy. Since Sept 2019. Though not only in feet and hands. In my back, hips, mis section, legs to tippy toes, and hands. My Nuerologist team and pain management team had me on dexamethasone for 2 years due to serious treatment related side effects in my brain! All is ok with my brain NOW (phew)so far! Recently now I'm off Dexamethasone,, I had a long slow taper, and watched closely by my team. However I had a question if you do NOT mind:) I've been on gabapentin since April of 2020, I find it VERY tolerable, have heard some do not tolerate! It works well, but I'm on it w times daily and find in the evening it doesn't always work through the whole night ! I wear slippers to bed. Bxus if one foot brushes the OTHER BOOM In awake my neuropAthy is that painful. I can NOT walk barefoot, I can walk in certain thick soul slippers, but do have special sneakers I found that I wear constantly. My question is,,, I always wondered why OTHERS felt with their Nuerooathy in feet and legs if you have in your legs! Do you have extreme pain walking? Cramped feet, heals and toes painful when bent! Can you feel water temperatures on legs and feet! Cold hot water etc? Do your feet feel cramped at times? Prickly, numbness, differences from day to day? What else of Gabapentin helps you, as you've been on for 8 years? Sorry and how and what makes YOU more comfortable! I'm asking bcuz so many have diff feeling and IM wondering if more may be going on, and could be Nueropathy pain not Neuropathy! Also I can not walk long distances, have to use wheel chair! Siatix pain from gate to compensate from pain! I've had NOW over 2 years, VERY painful and scary t times, sometimes my ankles feel broken! Very confused, my pain managment and Nueroligist, onocologist team do not say much and say that's normal or could be, never firm on feeling of pain or sensTions. Can be scary I would appreciate any advise VERY much IF you don't mind :) Take care♡ Mary
Fantastic! Powerful! Most educational for people with Diabetic neuropathy in their feet! European blood sugar level 5.8. Mine was 84.5 Eighty-four.five. A kidney stone moved while I was asleep, so I needed to MOVE to causality, where I was diagnosed Diabetic and moved to Theater and had a stent inserted, then put into ICU. In a matter of days I had Diabetic neuropathy! I was put on Insulin injection pen and have been for 15 years.

I am about to turn fifty soon and I am living proof that diabetic neuropathy absolutely CAN be completely reversed! have been diagnosed with early-stage type 2 diabetes and was experiencing diabetic neuropathy. It first started when my friend invited me to a church service where I was sitting for two and a half hours. When I went to stand up and walk, my left leg was completely weak and stiff.I couldn't even stand on it at all, much less take a step forward. This same thing kept happening to me anytime I was sitting for more than 15 minutes at a time. In addition to that, I would feel tingling sensations in my feet and toes, especially in the morning. I started reading up on what I was experiencing and when I learned that it could eventually lead to amputation, it scared the bejesus out of me! I went on a 21-day raw food fast, into a 5-day liquid vegetable juice fast and lastly transitioned into a 4 day water fast (yeah, I know I went a tad extreme, but it worked out). Once I came off the fast, I completely changed my diet. I cut out sugar, stop drinking packaged/bottled fruit juice and of course sodas, even the ones that contain artificial sweeteners. I also cut out wheat, rice and white potatoes. I incorporate a lot of raw and cooked vegetables and limit my fruit intake to only one fruit per day (preferably not bananas). I had already been a pescatarian for a little over 2 years prior to this recent dietary change anyway and I rarely used dairy products such as milk, cream and cheese. The key to reversing diabetic neuropathy is to treat the insulin resistance and fatty liver that are causing it in the first place, primarily through diet and also by adding in exercise (you won't believe the magical effect that 20 minutes of brisk walking 4 days a week can have on your body). Bottom line, you CAN reverse diabetic neuropathy as well as early stage type 2 diabetes without any medication at all.
My story almost exactly I went on a fifteen water fast and no more sugar or packaged food,my rule now is if it’s natural,or from our creator,I’ll eat it but if man made it I’m not interested in eating it.
All of this helps alot. Broke my ankle last year. Suddenly my foot is electric at bedtime. And during the day. Thank you Doctor! Nobody wants to eat pills. The remedies you gave are simple and inexpensive. Relief til we can get appointments. ❤

What you say is true! The pain occur like tingling, needle jab pain, cramp you know it just pain and when massage get relieved. What you stand up with degree also right, I do try to stand on slope hill and get relieved. But how long we have to be doing? Can't wear shoes for 4 years now. Just wear slipper. Tired of self massage. Thanks for the video! Love it.
My nerve pain is from trauma/injury. Your tips have helped. Thank you for your awareness. When I feel better I’ll walk too fast or pull/carry too much weight & I’ll aggravate the nerve & I’ll feel pain in different parts of my foot & sometime the pain goes to the leg. The leg pain goes away & I’ll be left with pain in the foot that moves around depending on the day.
Excellent video. I had Covid Toes with blood clots on all 10 toes. One toe split open but healed. That toe has nerve damage that runs up to my ankle. The other 9 toes are stiff. I will follow your advice. Thank you.

i happened upon your video I can relate to everything you talked about. Its funny cuz' you answered all the problem nerve pain questions i have had or wondered about for the past 20 years or so. Thank you for reminding me how important it is to find the source of nerve pain. I just wanted to say how programmed people are to buy over the counter pain reliever. I never thought about the position of my foot and stretching those nerves at my ankle and then walking all day.

Excellent video … would like to mention that at 68 (lots of chronic pain) please ensure these exercises are do able for seniors that cannot bend like u are. I broke my right ankle 2023 summer. One week later cellulitis developed ensuring that i could no longer wear an air cast. So soft laced up boot used. I never quit having pain. Turned into stabbing, tingling, numbness, etc. Compression socks helps lots even now 8 months later. Was diagnosed with CRPS. Went to a sports clinic this week and said not CRPS but neuropathy nerve pain. Besides several of your suggestions like exercise Dr. Started me anti depressant for nerve pain. It makes me crazy drowsy so far but only a few days in. Tried pregabalin but stopped as it made me super trippy. Incidentally my uninjured ankle on left side has nerve pain too. This is not fun at all.
Yes, I am so happy I viewed your video. I am a diabetic and have very bad nerve problems in my feet and hands. I think all over my body. I am going to try what you said. I did at one time started eating healthy, exercising, and stretching too. I did notice a big difference in pain, but after a few months, I fell back to my bad ways. I am going back to doing what you're talking about. I don't want to be in pain and I want to lessen the number of meds I take (13 different meds) every day, hopefully, all my meds (I am reaching for complete healing).
Watch Dennis Pollocks channel (Beat Diabetes you could find some tremendous help there also Dr. Kenndberry's channel if your serious. Oh and reflexology/ massages works wonders.

Michigan Foot Doctors: I'm 73 with diabetes all my life thank you for all your recommendation I do have pain Neuropathy on both feet I walk very slowly ..
Wow I have these exact issues for years. I am in constant pain whenever I walk or stand to long. 4 years I had reconstruction surgery on my ankle and leg muscle because it got so bad I could hardly walk. Since the operation I now have other issues with my foot, ankle and leg. I get unbearable shooting pain on the heels of both feet. I am in constant pain. Years ago I had a streptococcus C infection my leg and I had to be hospitalised for 8 days and my leg and ankle issues started from then 🤔 I went to yoga classes once a week for 8 years to try ease the discomfort and pain. The yoga help a little.

Thank you so much, after years of pain resulting from damage due to chemotherapy, I’m beginning to feel there is hope for me. Very informative, 😊 thank you!
Same here... I have CIPN chemo induced peripheral neuropathy... cannot sleep without a co cocodamol...and sometimes that doesnt work either... willing to try anything for a good night's sleep! Also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia after the chemo. Prescribed gabapentin then lyrica but had to stop as face, hands, legs and feet swelled up and got painful
I had foot warmers in my shoes a few winters ago, kept them in all day. muchisimas gracias, yo he sufrido desde el principio de la pandemia. Gracias. Voy a probarlo todo.
I suffered severe waist and leg pains which nearly got me paralyzed three years ago after some exercise at the gym. Since then, I have been moving from one health facility to the other seeking to get the best treatment for myself so I can get back to normal but all to no avail. Even though the situation is not how is used to be, I have not fully recovered to normal. I hereby plead with your office to offer me the opportunity to come over for check up and if possible health solution to my pending issue. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you

My foot pain came after I had Covid. I noticed my feet getting sore while I lay in bed but just assumed it was through lack of walking. It got so bad that three weeks later I was seriously thinking of getting a wheel chair. I found a Doctor who practises Chinese medicine. He has helped with nerve pain but now the rest is up to me. I must do these foot exercise and look for that ankle board. So 6 weeks later I have turned the corner with the pain now for the exercises. Thank you so much.
I ended up with neuropathy in both feet and the lower half of my left arm/hand/fingers after Covid pneumonia. I am diabetic but never had any neuropathy. I’ll start these tips. My feet hurt worse while lying down to sleep. Hope this works!
I have a neuropathy on my left foot that irradiated to the outside of my leg, this happens after I injured my spine L5-S1 and a deep thrombophlebitis in my left calf at the same time. This happened in December 2019 . I got treatment for the thrombophlebitis and I took Lyrica for one year, my foot still burning and painful but not as much as before I think it will take longer time to heal my nerves but make sense to me to go see a Podiatrist doctor to see if he can help. Thanks for your video 🙏🙏🙏
I dropped the word Peripheral because the Neuropathy has spread up my legs to above my waste & up my arms to my neck. Stretching, rubbing, messaging & walking have helped from the beginning , about 22 years.
Hi I’m a 66 year old type 2 diabetic and I’ve had neuropathy in both feet for years. It’s so bad that many nights I’ll wake up from the pain. Countless nights sitting on the edge of my bed at 3 am exhausted unable to lie down anymore because of the pain. My days are ruined because I’m exhausted all the time from a lack of sound sleep. Then a miracle happened......I watched your video and I realized you were talking to me. I got the bio freeze the same day and it worked. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. That night I sleep like a baby no pain in my feet whatsoever. I don’t know how to thank you enough. I can’t believe I’ve suffered for so many years believing there was nothing out there that could help me. Wow I’m amazed.....thanks again I’m a new man. I’m going to try the exercises you’ve recommended next.
Bio freeze did nothing for me maybe short little pain relief but doesn’t last at all. All the best! Diabetes suks and so many loved ones suffer from it.
Excellent presentation..Having same problem at age 63 ,going to follow this video. Please upload video on knee inner side pain management. Thanks a lot. Greetings from Mumbai,India.

Thanks so much for your info..your one of the best..Went over on my foot while skipping rope yesterday, at first I thought it was my ankle..but then realized it was the outside of my foot and underneath..I have been evacuating it..I started massaging very gently..iced 20 on 20 off ..Gently moving it because so stiff this morning..Under my foot is swollen so cant really walk on it ..only on my heal for now ..that's again for your in depth explanations 😊❤

Thank you Doctor, I am so grateful to you for giving this information in detail which I find most useful. I am 75 years old woman has been suffering from this nerve pain for the last 10 years tried all kinds of medical pills but your personal demonstration is right to the mark. Certainly those stretching exercises are most effective with a few asanas of Yoga are better than a handful of pills which are damaging to body and inexpensive.
I was very athletic as a kid, soccer, cheerleading, gymnastics, swimming, and just being a kid. The leg injuries have been plenty in my life so far, 49. I stretch every morning while blow drying my hair upside down, use a topical at night, my homemade cbd or over the counter. So it works, that night until it hurts again. I’m going for the sole insert today. Google is so crazy, I cannot even remember speaking about this to anyone and here it is in my recommendations. Thank you!

I’m 69 y.o. and I’m in reasonably good shape but I had fairly severe nerve pain. The root cause of my pain turned out to be a severe vitamin B deficiency. My doctor put me on a sublingual vitamin B12, 5-MTH and vitamin B1 regimen. I’m doing great, now. Awesome video with great recommendations.
Where was your nerve pain! I am starting B12 shots for severe nerve damage inleft side of my face, lips and mouth after having gamma knife for trigemenial neuralgia
Failed Gamma Knife treatment I know I got off the subject. I also have Neurophy in my feet. Painful burning numbness gets worse at night Worse in left foot. Do you have this
I have also nerve damage but I manage to have a self therephy on my fewt . I fot rhis when I stumble and get ny toes injured . Now I'm recuperaing from pain . 😊
I am 72, vegan, had a car accident two years ago, no alcohol, no smoking, zero facial wrinkles, no pharmaceutical meds except the occasional Tylenol. I am active, stretch, get massages but sometimes wake up with leg cramps that make me scream, so much pain in my feet, legs, thighs, glutes, etc when I walk, to the point where I have to stop, sit down, stretch and rest before going on. Doctors say it's because of arthritis and aging. What do you think? Am I past the point of no return? LOL. Thanks!
The supplement Calm with calcium might help that problem. I used to have those issues until a holistic MD figured out I had a magnesium deficiency, which many people have. Magnesium and potassium is very low in US crops, so eating a magnesium- and potassium-rich diet is difficult even for vegans. Your body being involved in a car accident could have been stressful on your adrenals, and the adrenals love magnesium and potassium during stressful - physical, chemical, or emotional - times. Vitamin C might be very helpful, as well. The adrenals are vitamin C-rich glands. 👍🏾👏🏾
@@sonyb8017 Your advice is much appreciated. I started taking vitamin C, magnesium, calcium supplements and will take into consideration your other suggestions. Thank you!

We find peripheral neuropathy is not always just peripheral neuropathy. Many times there are some correctable biomechanical issues that can be the true source of pain. Other times it may be advanced neuropathy that benefits most from repairing significant health issues likes diabetes or chemotherapy if possible.
I was diagnosed with neuropathy but I am not diabetic and after many blood tests, nothing could explain it. I was seen my everyone for this, then during a physical therapy session for my back, a movement stopped the pain in my foot. I released and the pain came back. So an MRI was done of my lower back and a onsible. So off to the spine surgeon I went, now waiting for a safe way to get to it. Right now injections are being done but have not given much relief.
I have flat feet. I developed blood blisters on both my big toes from walking long distances in bad shoes. I recently bought a pair of customized to my feet New Balance 840's. I bought specific insoles for my feet. Makes a HUUUUGE difference !!
Check with your doctor if you have blood circulation issues. Then research health applications for cayenne pepper, both internally and externally. You might be very surprised.
Had back & feet issues for along time( In Nursing) In 2016 had back surgery, fix my back to a point, but increase foot problem. Very active till my feet get to hurting, Fell like Heavey Vice in around both ankle s and feet. I've talk with my podiatrist and he said it's got a lot to do with old age. I'm 64, I m still young at heart Very Active, and I refuse not to be ambulatory or go to a hospital bed so I pushed through whatever pain issues and I do my best. Don't like taking a lot of pills ,that cloud my judgment I want to be aware and alert for as long as I can you do whatever I can. Do excise, but not quite like what you showed. Will be applying . Your the first person that has explained to the extent you have where it makes more sense and understanding that I thank you for all the information.

Hi Sheri ..,
SORRY to interupt on your comment !
Can be scary
I would appreciate any advise VERY much IF you don't mind :)
Take care♡

Wow! My podiatrist went straight to cortisone injections and gabapentin. And because gabapentin messed with me he put me on Cymbalta to counter the effects. I'm going to follow these tips and see how I do with them. Thank you.
Trust the doctor evaluating you at the same time, these videos are not always meant for specific situations, but more general options. Hope you feel good!

Love it.
A good supportive home slipper is a possibility as well, we try to link some of our favorites in our shoe guide!
How are you doing now?

Nicely explained well done 😊
Yes, I am so happy I viewed your video. I am a diabetic and have very bad nerve problems in my feet and hands. I think all over my body. I am going to try what you said. I did at one time started eating healthy, exercising, and stretching too. I did notice a big difference in pain, but after a few months, I fell back to my bad ways. I am going back to doing what you're talking about. I don't want to be in pain and I want to lessen the number of meds I take (13 different meds) every day, hopefully, all my meds (I am reaching for complete healing).
Wow hope you feel better, we wish you well!

My neurologist put me on alpha lipoic acid too. I also take b vitamins with extra b 12 and also magnesium …amazing how it helps…
My mother got me a bottle of alpha liopic acid but I have only been taking 600 mgs maybe I need to upgrade to 1200 because my symptoms are extreme
Yes. This is helping me a large amount in only a few weeks. It’s amazing.
Take the same amount 600 during the day and 600 in the evening. It works, somewhat, but I do know when I stopped taking it, I felt the pain more. I wonder what the maximum one can take?
Finally, a great presentation that I can actually use, and am having great results after a few days.

Many many thanks doctor. You explain very well that even an ordinary person can understand. You encourage us to get cured .Hats off to you doctor.

Very informative I suffer with that problem especially at nights. Thank you
Doc, thank you so much for this video I hope This help lessen my foot pain and be cure with those excersis

Finally a video that says there’s hope
We find peripheral neuropathy is not always just peripheral neuropathy. Many times there are some correctable biomechanical issues that can be the true source of pain. Other times it may be advanced neuropathy that benefits most from repairing significant health issues likes diabetes or chemotherapy if possible.

Evening sir yes I really watching your very interesting videos to learn everything from you thanks a lot,, god bless
Thank you very appreciated!
Awesome!
Very good video. I have only numbness and burning sensation in my feet. What will you suggest?
Check with your doctor if you have blood circulation issues. Then research health applications for cayenne pepper, both internally and externally. You might be very surprised.
Had back & feet issues for along time( In Nursing) In 2016 had back surgery, fix my back to a point, but increase foot problem.
Very active till my feet get to hurting,
Fell like Heavey Vice in around both ankle s and feet.
