Kelly Sherry I love everything you do I am a 72-year-old now a second have two great grandchildren I used to do trash to treasures and I still like doing it you take things that I thought about doing before and made things out of beautiful things I love it I love you and your mother I wished I lived close to you we could have so much fun we'd be the three Trio going to the flea market and the garage sales I love love y'all keep up the good work
I will be there!! I can’t wait to meet y’all!!
You should have called the clock The Rustic Hen. 😜So cute!
😱. Another great video ❤️❤️
I LIVE in Springfield, and just went the the extravaganza when it was here last. Had a ball, and bought a bunch of awesome things. I’ll have to be sure to seek you out in September!! I LOVE the things you do!! One suggestion for those labels… using a hair dryer works even better! Just get a little corner started, direct your heat under that corner, and SLOWLY start peeling back. You will usually be left with zero residue!!
I'm soooo... happy that you weeded that little piece in the top of the "h". Was driving me nuts. Giggle
I saw it too!
You have such a good eye!!
AwHhh, thank you so much, Judy! That was so sweet of you to say!!! XOXO
Omg I can't wait for my clock to stop working!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kelly, the upcycled garden tray came out beautifully. I love it. So cute. Donna xoxo
Those legs went perfect with that drawer I just love love it and the patina on it I'm glad you left it on there it's gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous you could use it anywhere in your house
I use Lemishine in my dishwasher and because it’s stainless steel it would have hard water spots if not for Lemishine! My dishwasher is about 6 years old and still looks brand new! I even have a subscription to get 2 containers of it every 2 months from Amazon! The clock is so adorable! I live the way you transformed it! Country farmhouse is my favorite style and everything I up cycle becomes farmhouse style!!
Love how you look at a spindle and “see” feet!
That drawer is awesome with the feet and bleach job. I love it !!!
Love the drawers, not so much the Hindu beads but everything else, I LOVE!! Thanks for sharing your talent.
Omg that drawer is precious every piece
I love the drawer best!! But it is all beautiful.
I love the chicken sign, so cute.
love the rooster clock sign, what an eye-catching piece, and I like the burlapped tray. thanks for sharing. hugs from Canada
Kelly, Girl, I am glad you stopped by SA....You will scored some great items !!! You know, that is the way it goes....if you had planned a trip to go thrifting, you would not have found anything, but a spur of the moment visit, you find a ton !!! Love all your projects...the clock/sign is really cool ! Take care and enjoy your vacation !🐶⛱🍹
I did the exact same thing with a big cabinet I had. I used The big spindle and my husband cut them up for me to get four so I could put them on the cabinet for new feet because it had ugly bun feet. We used a two-way screw which I believe is called a furniture screw and a pretty large one and screwed it into the foot and then screwed it to the bottom of the cabinet! It was very secure and we also use wood glue to make sure it would hold! I am so happy to see that somebody else did something I did! And that riser turned out perfect!!
Love everything you do, have fun on your vacation and be safe.
What an incredible haul. You are a girl after my heart
Always fun to watch.❤
Ooooooh!!!!!! Did you get a Forge????? So excited to hear the news! Enjoy your vacation!!!!!
I made over a drawer like that.. I used Elmers glue to crackle the paint but lol I made it a bed for my cat ( Stenciled his name & all). I love the Sheep you found. I'm gonna have to come to Michigan I don't find cute stuff like that in WI.
Love all these projects
I Laughed so hard when you broke that pot….because over the weekend at goodwill I dropped a glass jar and broke it! Then I was trying to clean it up fast and I cut myself and was dripping blood. Horrifying. I was so embarrassed and the ladies were so nice and sweet about it. Glad I’m not the only one!
I love what you did with that clock. Enjoy your time off, relax and have fun. You deserve it!
My favorite is the drawer.
You are a hoot. Love your realness.
I grew up with the Lincoln Library books. I have a 2 vol set. I couldnt believe when you showed that book! What a hoot.Love your videos!
Lol! Salvation Army next to Home Depot is next level shopping. Kind of like the book “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” 🤣😜
🖤🖤🖤
I love the old drawer!!! That is beautiful!! I keep looking for one and feet!!! Gotta have feet for it. I'm sure the clock looks better now than it ever looked before.
Hope you all have a great vacation.
Thanks for sharing your inspirations. Everything was beautiful.
So cool! I have a old clock so thanks for sharing.
Really good results on your projects. My favorite was the clock.
I love all of your projects, Kelly, especially the clock sign. I hope you have a restful vacation! You deserve it! I somehow think you'll be out looking for treasures, too. Enjoy! 😄
Love the drawer! All of it was wonderful and I had such a good time just watching!
Great tutorials Kelly. I was surprised at how much you paid for the clock. Lol of course I did not realize that it was metal so that made more sense to me. You scored nicely on the burlap ribbons too. Perfect use on the tray. 🌞💛
Thank you, Elise!!! Yes, that clock was not only metal but it was super deep which made it really stand out more than a normal clock. At $9.99 it was a little bit on the higher side but it was totally worth it! I priced it at $28- I believe, so that still a great profit! And, yes...those ribbons at $2- each were soooo worth it! I love them and that one that had ROSEMARY, DILL, BASIL fit in the tray PERFECTLY! It was like they were made for each other! Anyway, thanks for always taking the time to comment on my videos and for watching! It really means a lot to me!!! XOXO
Great project ideas!!!
Love all these! Especially love the drawer. Your so fortunate to find that ribbon. I can see all possibilities using it. Thanks for sharing.
Kelly, love all the redos. You are so thorough with all your projects. Thanks for sharing.
Love the drawer with feet! The redo on the clock looks a whole lot better! Love the burlap tray too! Great job Kelly! Have a fun and relaxing vacation Enjoy!
Kelly, I love ur channel. I have a hack 4 u. When using paint in a can u put the rubber band around the top & bottom of the can sort of in the middle. U can wipe ur paint brush off of the rubber band. I how that's not 2 confusing. That way u don't get paint all over the outside of the can.
Have a wonderful vacation, Kelly! Love the drawer and those feet were perfect! Such a clever idea on that clock! Who cares if it is a rooster or a chicken? No way that will deter a sale! That burlap ribbon you got with the herb names was perfect for that tray!! Looking forward to going Garage Sale Shopping with you and your mom and her friend!! :)
Love all these creations/flips.
New subscriber.
GREAT VIDEO.....
I am a new subscriber and I love your thrift flip ideas. You inspire me!!
Good for you, you deserve a vacation. Taking time to go to your cottage or traveling? Whatever enjoy n make lots of memories ♥️.
Each one of your projects turned out so good n cute. Loved how you did the clock. I wanted so hard to tell you how to get those wire clips out but I know you wouldn’t of heard me 😆.
The drawer was so cool with its natural patina. I do a lot of drawers n add some type of leg to them. I’ve done several old sewing machine drawers n added matching finials as legs.
( at one time Micheal’s used to sell them in wood getting 2 in a bag… hard to find them today)
I would of done the same thing stopping by Salvation Army before or after Home Depot. Looks like you did a good load. To bad about the the pot you dropped. That happens to me all the time. I’m such a clutch. I’m dropping things all the time.
Maybe you can glue it back n still do what you had plans for it.
Have a question Kelly. When you did the sweet looking window n put that saying on it, did you say you could get that in your Etsy shop ( the words) I did mention I want to do that to a window I have that looks just like yours.
I don’t have a Criket or a Silhouette to make that saying.
Enjoy your vacation. Gonna miss you on June 30th but I’m looking so forward to what’s coming soon. OXOX
♥️😊👍👍👍👍
Sherry this is Dottie I have chickens and sunflowers in my kitchen actually I have farmhouse in my kitchen and I have a lot of chickens and sunflowers I wish you would have made a clock out of that maybe I could have purchased it or maybe not but it would have been cool as a clock too keep up the good work
Sherry this is Miss Dottie the 72-year-old Great Grandma that calls you all the time that texts you all the time those drawers are really nice to make kitty cat beds out of you probably already know that but I could just see that drawer you're doing now to make a kitty cat bed and put a nice little pillow in there would be awesome some kitty cats don't like them but some do and some little dogs like them too I'm just throwing it out there for you you keep up the good work love what you do
I’m going to be in Cincinatti the weekend before the flea market! It we are flying, so no room to bring back finds
Boo hoo, but hey you need some vaca, too! Can't wait for the garage sale. I forgot to tell you that i grew up on a poultry/livestock farm and we had 3,000 chickens. Gathered alot of eggs in my youth. Alot! They weren't in cages either.
So that was a chicken not a rooster. Just an FYI! So you were right!
Great video Sheri!
Shouldn’t you have put a little more work into the drawer itself. You can see daylight between the back panel & the bottom of the drawer. Also a good vacuum before wiping our would help.
LOLOL I just noticed ...the clock mention rooster...but the image is of a hen...lolol
I really liked the clock, I have to ask what brand of vinyl you use that weeds that easily!!
Kelly all of your thrift flips look great!
How do you come up with these ideas?
I look on Pinterest all the time plus watching many of you wonderful crafters. 🥰🥰
Hi Kelly I love everything you made here and the clock is such a great idea 😀 I have a question- the Mama sheep you put on the tray, do you know where I can find it online? 💕
I took one of those clocks and made a cholassage out of
You can use a hair dryer to remove the sticker
I had that same clock, i made a group of my pictures in it, Those hands the top is a screw
Kelly,do you what to use instead of paintable wax
I LOVE that ribbon!!! The "clock: turned out so great.
I have a drawer on my coffee table. I didn't think to put legs on it. Thanks Kelly. I always get such good ideas from you. Take care.
With the little tray....did the glue stick leave lumps on the bottom? Seemed kind of thick for the thin ribbon. Just a thought.......different glue ?
The clock turned out super cute, but I have 2 suggestions for the next one! 1) remember that HENS rule the roost, and yes, that was a hen; 2) leave the center section space blank until after you get the top and bottom aligned so when judging by eye, nothing skews that for you, then place the chicken or whatever inside. Love the small tray too and that drawer was very nice.
Love them all, but especially your creativity with the clock. Technically roosters ARE chickens too. That's their generic term, like "people". Roosters are male, hens are female, but both are chickens.
Are you selling the sheep in this video?
Neat project.
All are called chickens. Males are roosters and females are hens.
