Hi Julie. I live in Southern California and I just started following you and you have really inspired me to do some projects on things in my house. I think I'll paint my guest room lampshades and add some transfers! You are easy to watch and follow and you have an amazing imagination. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge and ideas.
Yes, girl‼️ I think you should absolutely should try to remove the dark stain off of the cabinet/hutch in your dining room. The dark stain does not really fit your vibe/style. I think it would be absolutely beautiful stripped 😍😍😍
Agree
I said to myself this morning. Today Is a "Julie day" I'm feeling uninspired and I have alot of orders to fill. So thank you for your inspiration and positive attitude! ❤😊
Double yes on removing the dark stain on your dining room cabinet to the natural wood tone. Gorgeous…..
I jumped on my phone to leave a comment bc I am watching this video via the TV- YES!!! Please lighten that hutch!! Please!! I'm so excited for it!
I love that you are doing more diy from your thrift hauls. Your projects are great. Thank you.
I'd love to see your kitchen. You always talk about all the vintage kitchen utensils and how you display them in your kitchen.
YES! YES! YES! DEFINITELY TACKLE IT!! YOU WILL BE SOOO HAPPY WITH IT!!!🥰🥰🥰
Oh my goodness, I nearly choked when I saw you pull out all of the wood and then the birds nest. That and the bird....perfect girl!
Your dark cabinet will be a lot of work, but I think it would be GORGEOUS redone!!! The birds nest was charming, but I can't get over the kitchen utensils!!! SO. DARN. CUTE !!!!!!
Yes! Please tackle that beautiful hutch with the oven cleaner. Also, please do a video of it. I think we all would love to see it!😍
They all turned out beautifully. I was amazed how much more high end they looked after you painted them.
Your dark cabinet will be a lot of work, but I think it would be GORGEOUS redone!!! The birds nest was charming, but I can't get over the kitchen utensils!!! SO. DARN. ,CUTE!!!
Love the spoon art - that’s a great idea when you have a mother or grandmothers kitchen utensils to display it rather than keeping them in a drawer
Triple yes on removing the dark stain!!! TFS Take Care & God Bless I admire you & all your talent!!!
Yes, tackle the dining hutch with your magic hands ! Great projects this time around!
All the thrift makeovers turned out great. ❤ Stripping your hutch would give it an up dated look. That would be a big makeover to tackle. Thanks for sharing your ideas. ❤️
I LOVE these candle sticks so much. I think my favorite is for sure the birds nest
Love the oven cleaner project-it came out amazing! I loved the kitchen frames with spoons too!
My favorite was the spoon pictures. And yes please strip the cabinet to natural wood. It will be beautiful ❤️
I love love love the bird’s nest and the measuring spoons in the frame, most of all. To be honest, they were all beautiful, though!
Yes lighten the cabinet!!
Julie, I'm diggin' all of your crafts in this vid, though I would avoid using oven cleaner, being it is extremely toxic to the environment and our bodies, (especially lungs and skin, as it breathes). There is a stripper with orange oil as a base, that you could use on your cabinet. You could make it look so much Cooler by keeping the same knobs and distressing it. The utensil pot with the transfer turned out super neat and authentic looking. My faves were the large bird nest and all the spoon projects. ( : Thank You!
Can’t really pick a favorite today. Love all of them. Chunky is the word of the day❣️
I would lighten the cabinet and also change the hardware. It's a beautiful piece.
Definitely change the dresser, but it looks like it might go orange when you remove the stain so perhaps a whitewash or distressed finish would look great. I love how you make such beautiful things out of other peoples trash !
I definitely think you should remove the stain from the dresser. It will be a big job, but so worth it. I bet it will be stunning 😍. I loved all the projects from today. God bless
The kitchen tools in the frames are my favorite! But of course they are all wonderful and creative❤️
YES! remove the stain, that will be so beautiful
Omg Julie. Thoes kitchen art pieces! 🤩🤩🤩I adore them!!!! And please let us watch you transform that big hutch you have. I think The oven cleaner method would make that stunning!!!!!!!! Love the set of wood and white risers too. You always inspire me!!!!!

I'm in love with the kitchen pictures! I would have never thought to do that.
The picture frame transformation was my favorite… I would love to but the spoon one

That wood vase is beautiful.
Go for it, remove the the stain from your cabinet, but be careful with the easy off fumes and your lungs.
You need to burnish the transfer it has transferred to your project with the plastic backer.

My favorite is white bowl with wood candlestick
Lighten the cabinet. Love the bird nest on the candlestick
I would definitely remove the stain off the cabinet! I have a very similar one in my home with a matching table. It was my husband’s grandmother’s and I hate to make big changes to it. It was purchased at Sears 😂😂!! I’ll be changing it for sure!
I loved the frames that you painted and added the wood spoons. They look amazing!! Hugs from Louisiana ❤
Everything turned out super cute! Great eye!!! Only thing I might have saved were the lemon prints you painted over… ohhh… I was hoping you were just going to paint the frames!!! Those were great vintage prints. 😩
Yes I think you should strip the big cabinet, it would look so good lighter
Great Flips!! I think you should paint the large brown cabinet a nice shabby farmhouse color with lots of chippy goodness 😊
Try the yellow can on one of the drawers of the hutch. If it doesn't give you what you are going for, paint it! I think a color would be fabulous. (Dark green or blue 🤔)
I’m in Georgia and we have stink bugs SO BAD!! I find them everywhere. Love all the projects
Thank you so much I really really enjoyed watching you update these item’s. I really really love ❤️ them. I really really love to see the large piece of furniture updated too. It would look fabulous and fantastic too. Please stay safe and well too
Wow oven cleaner! First time I’ve heard of this method turned out really nice
Absolutely do that Cupboard 👍👍👍What a gorg color wood that turned out to be on the vessel👍😁👍
Love, love, love the kitchen art. I have many measuring spoons like that. At least 5-6 sets. Use daily. Could give that a try. Also several of the larger, older spoon and fork bamboo utensils. Those were my ultimate favorite pieces!!
I half to agree with you about removing the stain off the hutch love everything you did today thank you for sharing
The hutch is gonna be a big project. But I love solid wood pieces. They are worth redoing.
It’s really hard to pick a favorite they’re all really great ideas, you’re so inspiring. Love your channel.

The cabinet/hutch is a huge job but I know you’re up for the challenge!! It will be beautiful
Some are saying dark wood is making a come back this year. I love your cabinet the way it is. I don’t know how many cans you would need to remove all the dark. ? Eeeeekk. I bet it would take a lot of time and energy too !
