    I have 2 autistic sons, both began having seizures in the past year and I’ve felt desperate to help them. Our neurologist suggested The Keto diet. It HAS WORKED to stave off the seizures, but it breaks my heart that they can’t have their favorite food. Most of the Keto pastas are disgusting 🤮. I’m so excited to try this ! Thank you so much 😊

    A low carb/keto diet is the only way I have ever been able to lose weight, but my husband, who doesn't need to lose weight, wants to eat pasta almost every day (and meat/veggies and sauce without pasta is just sad in comparison, so I've given in and eaten what I cook for my family. Your pasta videos have inspired me to get back to eating the way I should! I love that I can set aside some time to make several servings, freeze the pasta, and then just take out what I need for myself.

    Questions..........so many question (I'm so excited to try these). Do the gloves make the pasta stick less to your hands / fingers? If we do not want to cook it in the sauce, how do we make sure that they are cooked. Do these hold up in sauce if it is in the heat for a while? Thank you , love your recipes soooo much!!! ❤

      Hello thanks so much. Yes regarding the question on the gloves.
      To cook it by itself add the pasta to a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of water then microwave at 30 second intervals stirring inbetween until the pasta is as soft as you like. It takes about 2 minutes and if the water dries out do add more. Yes they hold up in the sauce. I do hope you enjoy it 😊

    I know this pasta recipe is from a year ago. Do you think these shapes can be made with your new CK Flour or do you think they need the "heavier" structure of the dough made with the almond/coconut flour blend. Thank you! ❤ BTW...👍👍 This is amazing!!

    Ljepo izgledaju i slatki oblici,kao prava pasta.Ali dali imaju otprilike okus kao pasta? Krenula sam tek sa keto prehranom i pogačice sa kokos brašnom su mi slatke,više kao palačinke.

    Hi Mel, after dehydrating your pasta in the oven can you boil it, drain it and use it in a cold pasta salad or can it hold up if you make an old fashion Mac n cheese? Thanks Gal

      Hi Melany. I dry mine then store it in the freezer. It does well if it defrosts naturally too.

      Hi Ela. I didn't wet the skewers, but I did press the ends on the skewer. So when the pasta was dry I pulled hard to get the pasta off :))

      Hola Marina, Una vez que hago la forma, la dejo deshidratar pero la dejo reposar en la encimera de mi cocina durante la noche, luego se vuelve dura como la pasta normal. Luego puedo hervirlo, cocinarlo en salsa... ambos durante unos 2 minutos. También puedo hornearlo en una cacerola. Gracias

      You can use agar agar. Other vegans say it works very well.

      Hola, muchas gracias. Lo hornearías durante una hora y si quieres guardarlo primero, mejor congelarlo y luego dejar que se descongele naturalmente. Para preparar agréguelo a la salsa 2 minutos antes de que se cocine la salsa, revolviendo constantemente. Se ablandará, entonces la comida estará lista.

      Es genial conocerte. Una vez hecha la forma hornear en el horno durante una hora. La temperatura del horno debe estar en la configuración más baja de su horno. Deja que se enfríe, luego puedes congelar.

      Alot of people say if you want to use it straight away you can as it holds up in the sauce just fine.
      I dehydrate mine first so I can store as dry goods in the pantry. It lasts for about a week.

      I would keep an eye on it after 5 minutes. When the middle is sticky but solid it's ready.

      Sure...it depends on where you store it. A week in the fridge or freeze for up to 6 months. I have also left it in my pantry for a few days and it was fine to use.

      You can use a better ingredient...would powdered gelatine suit you better? The ratio is xathan gum 1 : 4 powdered gelatine.
      You do need a binding agent otherwise the dough falls apart.

      @@wildflower1335 I'm not sure on that as I've never used a dehydrator. Maybe you can wing it based on what I do with the oven? I just have my oven light turned on and have the pasta in there for an hour. Works every time.
