Welcome back for Day Four of this Too Blessed to be Stressed #TBTBS 10 Day Yoga Challenge. Today we have LETHAL LEGS. Wow this is a firey class and I can’t wait for you to enjoy it with me, if lower body strength is something you feel like you are lacking then this is the yoga class for you.

All done and all I can say is.....WOW! Jen, I loved this flow! It was for sure a challenge, skandasana is really difficult for me but I cannot wait to keep working on this and coming back to this flow and seeing the progress I have made! My legs feel so strong and I really enjoyed the crescent series transitions! THANK YOU!
Done!!!! This one was definitely very challenging!!! Thought my knees would hurt after, but i'm very grateful they didn't! See you tomorrow!
Oh gosh super hard buuuut super fun! Thank you Jen for this challenge, I am discovering hard work and fun transitions are an absolut joy together!

Went for a massage earlier today and had to do the practice later. Had to be careful, chose my own pace, and still kept up. Thankful for this day! 🙏

Bonjour Jen 😁 Day 4 was a real challenge for me because of painfull periods. But i opened the mat and follow the flow. And after the 20 minutes i feel strong ! Thank you for sharing your practice with us 🤗
Hi Jen, this one was the most challenging so far, but I loved it. I feel that I will have to repeat it soon to see if I can do it more fluently, I do not know which part I enjoyed the most cause everything was super new for me all the time. For example, the pistols and the transition to the boat from standing, that was so relieving. Also, first time doing utthita hasta from the forward fold. THanks for the wonderful flow today!

Day four completed. Thank you so much for this workout. I found it to be challenging and learned something new today. On days when I’m snowed in, in upstate New York, I will be doing Yoga at home more regularly. Your style is very close to my Instructor’s at the gym. Just enough stretch to get me through the day.
This was a good one!!! My legs are shaking! Love this feeling! Excited for tomorrow!

Done! I was looking getting on the mat today and I enjoyed this flow more than I was gracious in it! 😅 Really challenging and definately coming back to this one in the future for improving legs strength but balance as well! 🔥🦩Thank you for teaching 🙏🏻

I loved this one! Definitely wobbly but that means my body is working and doing what it needs to adjust!

This one was my favourite, so far. I'm definitely coming back to this practice in the future, going to my liked videos for sure. I was very surprised that I got to do so many of the poses, even though I was tired, to begin with, already feel so much better. Thanks

This one really tested me! Pistol squats just don't happen with my ankles but I gave it a good hot go anyways! And those standing balances were intense! Loved it Jen xx

Done! This one was a challenging one and I didn't do it perfectly but I am really happy I completed it. It was my first time trying pistol squats and I loved it! Thank you!

Definitely a challenge but looking forward to coming back and seeing where I am improving and gaining strength.
I can't wait to do this class! Unluckily I chopped my finger while cooking, still I can't rest the hand on the floor, so I hope to do all the remain classes before it ending! 🤕

OH MY GOSH JEN DAY 4 IS INSANE????????? I WAS SWEATING LIKE NO OTHER HAHAHAHAH THIS IS SO CHALLENGING TO DO BUT SO SO FUN AND FIRE TO MY LEGS. I HADN'T KNOWN SOMETHING AS SHORT AS THIS WAS GOING TO BREAK UP A SWEAT. THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️
Late to this one today, but I was determined to get it done! Found some of it super tough and was a little shaky but feeling stronger for powering through 🧡
