Thank you so much for talking about the "Mettler Seraflex Thread". I have this project that I have to do, and it is with knit wear and I was worried about the thread not having enough stretch when sewing things together. You have settled my mind when it comes time to complete this project.

Would love a tutorial on thread....Glide, Aurafil, Mettler, Coats... doing a whole one versus another.... I just bought the expensive Glide thread and started to use it today... within 5 minutes of winding the bobbin, it shredded and broke... same when trying to sew...I thought it was 100% Poly, super strong, and no lint etc...hence the pricing... Would love an unbiased opinion... there is another quilting channel for hacks and tips..and there is a tute there, but not unbiased...would love your take on all the threads... so disappointed with Glide! I was expecting perfection threadwise...and got a dud!

This is a huge game changer!! I sew allot of knit but hemming anything is kinda useless. Almost purchased a coverstitch machine t this is so much cheaper. Thank you

I'm scared to death to make anything using knit or jersey fabric. So, this is a game-changer for me. I linked over to the US store and bought 7 spools of thread. TFS - Have a BLESSED week!

I purchased it online from TheSewingPlace.com and I also picked up needles also for stretch fabric. Hope this helps and they shipped quickly.

so can we use zig zag stitch with seraflex and not only straight stitch? I tried doing zig zag but the thread kept twisting and eventually would break off while stitching?
oh maybe i need to use vertical pin as your video suggests? too bad my machine doesn't have that option
