- If you need to mend a puncture or gain access to the inner tube from your e-scooter then you will first need to remove the rear wheel from the electric scooter, see separate video on this channel on how to do this.
Once the e-scooter's rear wheel has been removed removed you will then need to remove the tyre. This video shows you how to do this on the Turboant X7 Pro e-scooter.
Available from Horizon Micromobility from November 2020, the Turboant X7 Pro is a quality electric scooter with a removable battery.
Register your interest at horizonmicromobility.com Due the boom in interest in e-scooters in the UK demand is outstripping supply so customers who have preordered or registered interest will be first in the queue for the Turboant X7 Pro electric scooter.

Very helpful thank you!
Thanks - Glad it was helpful!
Can you do a video showing how to replace the front tire tube. It's not as easy as this. I changed mine last night and it popped again today. Should the inner tube have air before you put it back in?
If you check our channel there is already a video showing how to remove the front wheel. The inner tube shouldn't have air in it, however if you add just a little air so that the tube takes its shape and the creases are removed should help reduce the chances of catching the tube when re-fitting the tyre.
Is there a pair of tire removers you recommend? Can you put a link?
Do you happen to know which tubes are good to get in case your tire pops?
Hi - we recommended 10 x 2.125 inner tubes. You also need to make sure you match the angle of the inner tube to your existing set up as there are 3 difference angles. Check out: horizonmicromobility.com/collections/electric-scooter-spares/x8-and-x7pro-inner-tubes

Where can I purchase a pair of tire levels like your's??
From our website if you’re in the U.K.
is there an easy way to get the air tube through that hole without it sliding back in?
Pump the inner tube up a little. Or put pump adapter on the valve.
What about the front one ? I get the inner tube on fine but the valve gets in the way. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong
When I pump the tire up the valve pokes out and scrapes. I’m not sure what to do. And I can’t find any answers anywhere
Make sure the tubes valves are 0 degrees
I am having the same issue. I got most part on. I wish went with hard wheel. I rather take the bumps because change the wheel is such a headache.
@@HorizonMicromobilityits not fit 45-degree angled valve stem? Or 90?
How do you do this without a tire lever
You can’t 🤨
I did it without one 🫣 (forewarned I was desperate and impatient) and just cut the inner tube (it had a hole in it anyway 🤷🏻) and pulled it out, giving me more wiggle room with a flathead screwdriver to take the outer tube out
Definitely recommend using a tire lever if you have access to one though lmao
Use the back of a pair of spoons
Is it normal for the inner rim to shake around while the new tube is flat? I don’t want to fill it to find out it won’t fit. I’m using a new tube and the original wheel so it should fit
If it's flat then you will need to replace anyway, when replacing check it's the correct size
@@HorizonMicromobility it’s okay I found that it was just put on wrong and after puncturing it multiple times trying to get it on, I managed to get it on with the levers and took it for a spin to the market it turned out okay
Hi, the tyres i got came without the silver panel and are hard to remove how do i go about it ?
What silver panel? 🤔
@@HorizonMicromobilityDisk Break
Sorry don’t know what this panel is
There’s no video of replacing the front inner tube
That’s what this video is showing 🤔
@@HorizonMicromobility it’s ironic that the creator of the video doesn’t realize this is the rear wheel not the front
@@nickmoreira4694 yes you’re right. You just can’t get the quality of staff needed these days.
This video on removing the front wheel should help. ruclips.net/video/g7fZx6Ny1AE/видео.html
I am handy but getting this tube back in and put in a new tire is absolutely impossible.
@@jefflindeval Try swearing 🤬 Are you using tire levers? Is the tire the correct size? Try leaving the tire in boiling water for 10 mins then try again.
With enough swearing I got it on. Tried multiple ways but easiest for me was put the first lip of the tire on the wheel and then put the tube along the inside if the tire and through the wheel to get the second lip of the tire over. Hard without tire levers but had other similar tools. Haven’t tried boiling tires for a few seconds but feel like it would trap unwanted moisture inside tire when installed.
I guess the issue now is that even though the tire and tube ordered off TurboAnt site specific to the x7 pro scooter…it seems out of balance and wobbly when at speed.
You didn't take it out and show how to replace a new one :(
You literally just pull it out and replace or patch it and put it back in. Give it a go 😀
You couldn’t just take out the tube and put a new one in to show everyone? Couldn’t put out a video over 3 minutes?? What about the valve? Would be nice to see how you deal with it while taking out and putting in the tube.
A little dish soap will make this a very eazy job.
YES! Great tip. These were easy to put on but if you're finding it difficult to replace the tyre apply dish washing soap around the rim - also warming the tyres up in hot water can help.
