How I fixed our TurboAnt X7 Pro's stem creak.

- If you have a TurboAnt X7, Levy, Levy Pro or Freely Pro, and your stem is making noise, this should fix it. Watch to the end, the first try doesn't work.

Brother thank you very much for the video. I was suffering the same hellish noise and its gone now. In my case the noise improved a lot but it didnt completely dissapeared until i also applied grease in the area under the latch to the right of the stem. There are two silver screws and a small vertical opening. I also applied grease to fill that gap and the noise is completely gone now. Thanks again for the video

@@DEFESORESDEEVITAFSA I'm using Phil Wood brand bicycle grease, but just because that's what I happened to have on hand. Any automotive grease should work just fine.

I have a issue with front wheel rubbing! But when scooter is folded the rubbing in front wheel stops!! Any help/suggestions would be appreciated 🙏

Range makes it useless

What's your weight with gear on? We got 15 miles with 165 lb riders, but we did have one battery pack that only gave 6 miles on the same range test course.
@@RGrider311 with gear prob 230-240 at the time. Get about 5 miles of top speed then first speed for up to 3 miles.

My turboant x7 pro battery cant remove. I think its stucked, there is a mechanism on the top that is not working. How to fix it?

Can I use any other substance like oil instead of the grease?
Any greast will work. Oil will work, but may not stay in place as well or last as long.
I have a drained x7 pro scooter battery what should I do?
Have you reached out to TurboAnt?
The only things I can think of would be to try another charger if you have one, or to try charging plugged into and not plugged into the scooter. (though I can't remember for sure if the battery pac can be charged separately.)
Sorry, I haven't logged into this account in ages. I don't have a ton of insight into the rest of the scooter, other than having done the performance testing for the review I helped write.

@@RGrider311 yeah mine doesn't make that noise really anymore I don't think. I just had to play with the tightness on the latch and hinge portion and used a small amount of bike grease.
Are any parts interchangeable with xiaomi scooters ?
Not that I know of. Most parts will be interchangeable with Levy Scooters and Freely scooters. -Paul from Electric Scooter Guide.
I just bought mine less than 5 days ago and its already doing this and i tried this and it just wont stop

I'd recommend taking it too a bicycle shop unless you have a set of Allen keys. Then loosen and re-tighten all the bolts around the stem.
Can you help me take the battery off of mine? Just bought one and battery won't detach
You have to hold the button and push it up, then pull out toward you in an upside down L motion
They can be super sticky some times! Did you get it sorted out?

3 Batteries all read 12-13v

The rear one reads nothing

My stem don't creak but 8mls range At 25kph makes it useless 😱
We had one battery that would only go 6 miles, but the other two batteries we have will cover 15 miles with a 165lb rider. Have you had it long? -Paul from Electric Scooter Guide

Did you pull the latch all the way out like I did? What grease did you use? Ours is still creak free months later.

@@RGrider311 what grease did you use? i want to attempt this but not sure exactly what to buy. super tightening the latch also stops the squeaking for me but I have to use a screwdriver to pry the latch out while im out lol
Properly lubing mechanical joints should be applied. Already.
