    Maybe you could get a small clip on microphone or add the audio afterwards. Difficult to hear what you're saying. Thank for the workout. I really hate front to back swings, completely useless with them.

      Thanks so much for the feedback! So that's actually good advice. I'm currently looking for a decent mic that can record my voice properly, without the rope noice being too intense.
