I'm a beginner and I am planning to do 3 week challenge with this workout along with clean eating My current weight is 56 kg and i will update everyday Day 1 ✅ i only did 40 secs of work and 20 secs of break...and most of the time i did basic jump lol Day 2 ✅ was on my period today but still finished the workout Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ i was very tired today for some reason but still I finished it. Day 7 ✅ week 1 done Day 8 took a rest today so I can do tomorrow better Day 9 ✅ did a lot better today....and i did this workout two times Day 10 I have to pause my workout for a few days cause I got viral fever 😅 Day 11 ❎ Day 12 ❎ Day 13 ✅ week 2 ....got better today ..from now on I will be doing this workout two times a day Day 14 ✅ Day 15 ✅ Day 16 ✅

Hey Jonathan thank you feels great to be back creating workouts for you guys. Luffy is doing better he had to have his eye removed 😭 then he got an infection which he has now recovered from. At one stage we thought we were going to lose him which was devastating. We are about to embark on a new adventure which I will tell you guys more about very soon. Luffy won’t be able to join us so he is going to a retirement/lifestyle home my sisters ❤️🤗 For reducing belly fat you have to change what you are doing. So it means you need to look at your diet and exercise schedule. When you change both of these at the same time you will get the best results. I am not qualified to give diet advice however I do feel that we all know what healthy food choices look like. It’s more about implementation and sticking to it for a long time. Consistency is key 🔑
