I swear there's an area in the sewers that looked like a child was sleeping there. There were shoes, a plushie I think and other stuff. It looked like a child was hanging out down there. Maybe that spot belonged to this girl. I might post a screenshot on Discord if I find it. EDIT: The Golden Freddy statue head looks like Withered Golden Freddy

I'm guessing that the Little Girl/New Character is Patient 46, since we know that it was confirmed by Reddit Patient 46 is a Female.
