Yes Shorty and Barry are two of the many greats, always loved their music even going back to the cassette days, still have them actually. My heart does feel saddened that I didn't have the opportunity to see their live performance. I am very happy to say though Slim Dusty did come to where I was living so I didn't miss that, loved seeing Slim Joy and Heather at the Moree Services Club in the 1990's. I had no idea he would sadly never return. RIP to all the wonderful country artists who have entertained us, memories to cherish forever.
I remember this song frm stuwie French and his brother singing this song back in the 70's. Sounds strange to me but something about it that is catchy and grows on me
