Rod's son Jon talked me into backing them up one New Years Eve on drums at the Fireside. Jon was playing piano. At one point while Rod was playing this tune, Jon turned around and yelled "breathe"! Apparently I was listening intently to Rod's yodeling and held my breath.

my dad, Gordon & Trevor were mates & used to perform together, WAAAY back. Dad became a NSW cop & Uncle Trev. would drop in occasionally. We knew he was about due to the rain of stones on our tin roof. Before Dad passed Trev. wrote a song for him titled funny enough "Gordon". Didn't see him for years but was very upset when I heard that Unc. Trev had passed.
