What I like in this kind of transformation is the problems of adaptation that come as you go along and that you have to look for solutions and I see that I am not the only one to like this work 😁 Your work is really perfect and the result is awesome. Really a nice C14, bravo Holly 👏
Hi Mark. Thank you very much. I was going to buy the red C24 pick up bed for it as well so I could change it around now and again. But when I was comparing it with my C24-1KM I noticed the MN wheelbase was a bit longer so the arches would be slightly off centre. But as you say, it looks great with the C14 "Truggy" set up.
Hi Derek, nice review of your WPL/C14 hybrid. Looks really nice. You got me motivated to complete our wpl projects that have been shelved since my little guy was born. Looking forward to the run 👍🏾
Hi Paul. Thank you very much my friend. I'm pleased you enjoyed it, and I'm very happy I've returned the inspiration you gave me a few years ago to get one of these chassis. I've had a little run with it in the house and I really like it. It has quite a distinctive sound .
Thanks Lou. The MN chassis has a slightly longer wheelbase than the WPL C-series chassis. You can get away with the difference with this WPL C14 body, but you'd have to make the rear links longer to use the C24, C24-1 and C54 bodies because of their rear wheel arches.
Thank you very much Julian. WPL body sets are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The colour is a deeper red than it looks on the WPL website, and doesn't look as plasticy as I expected.
Thank you very much David. That could be a while my friend. My health has deteriorated and I'm doing more benchwork these days. I would like to get out a few times before winter settles in though.
That’s a cool build dude! Never have gone wpl. But those mini yota are very very nice looking. I do see people lcg them occasionally too. Very informative video!! Big thumbs up!
Thank you very much. Personally I wouldn't bother with the WPL RTR's but the WPL KM kits are good value for money. They're never going to be an Axial crawler but they perform well on the trails.
Hi. The chassis was bought pre built by the previous owner, who also put the WPL C14 body on it. The wheelbase on this MN chassis is slightly longer than the WPL C14 and C24 chassis. I tried a C24 pick up body on it but the rear arches didn't line up very well with the rear wheels. This doesn't matter with the C14 body because of its flat bed on the rear. Regarding threadlock it's always advisable to use a tiny drop of blue threadlock on a metal screw or bolt if you're screwing it into a metal thread, but don't over tighten it, and try not to get any on the plastic parts. They don't like it.

The slight increase in wheelbase looks great under there.

Yes the full metal WPL/MNs have a very metallic resonance to them.
That's one cool chassis, good info didn't know WPL and MN could be mashed up like this love it. Great truck🙏☮️✝️

Nice find. Looks like it has a lot of clearance. Cheers for the overview. 👍🏼
You're welcome. Thank you for watching 👍🏼

Thank you very much Eric. You too 👍🏼
Nice little transformation gone on there Derek. Very bling 👌
Thanks Richard 🙂👍🏼
Really nice work. i found the MN metal chassis very capable. Great WPL updates from the official store..! 👍
Thank you very much.
Excellent Derek, that turned out very well i need to see a good run video of it, often wondered about fitting this body to my Ranger XC

What a smashing find Derek, looking forward to seeing this in action.

Thank you very much Carlos. I also have Flysky. Two FS-GT3C and one FS-GT3B 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
Nice break down of this new rigDerek. Looks like ti is FULL of upgrades. I like the tire change. Looks WAY better. Front end looks good to bud. :)
Hi Nick. Thank you very much my friend. Yes, it's definitely fully loaded !
Wow insane upgrades. Thumb up!
Hey Jd. Thank you very much. I hope you are well my friend 🙂👍🏼
Nice, lot of bling. But all that metal is a lot of weight added.
Thanks Mal. Yes, it's very weighty. More so that the WPL KM version. No need for wheel weights on this one, so saves a few pennies too !
Аааааааа какой же он класный 🥵 тоже себе заказал с 14 планирую тоже постепенно поставить метал подвеску
Большое спасибо. Наслаждайтесь своей сборкой.
Very nice upgrades,good job 👏👌
Thank you very much Jan 🙂👍🏼
Great video for a great truck.
I have to say tho: surely that's Doctor Jones?
Yes it is lol, but I've got a different driver now because I thought Indy looked a bit too small. Thank you for watching and leaving a comment 🙂👍🏼👍🏼

How did the run go ?🤔 Sweet build bro🏴
Thank you very much. This was the first run ruclips.net/video/uXnGHZ3e0aA/видео.html It's been on display since then.
How did you set up the suspension arms? Did you measure them against the stock arms? Did you threadlock them?
