Hello mate. Thanks very much. You probably know I'm an Axial fanboy but I think the brand started to go downhill when Horizon Hobby took over in 2018 as far as their sales technique is concerned. They still produce good RC's but they discontinue them so quickly now which is something I just don't understand. Even my SCX10iii Early Ford Bronco has been discontinued and that was only released 3 years ago! All it does is create over inflated second hand prices which doesn't benefit Horizon in any way as far as I can tell? The 2.2 Wraith was probably among Axial's best selling RC's before Horizon took over and replaced it with the Bomber, and Horizons 1.9 Wraith looked like a Wraith Spawn and Deadbolt mash up which I didn't understand at the time. But why they discontinued the UMG 4X4 will baffle me for the rest of my days because it's quite unique in the RC world, and it's one of the only Axial kits that wasn't also released as an RTR which was a massive mistake in my humble opinion. @@hollyhillrc i agree mate . they use to have a huge range now it’s mostly jeeps . The sad thing is i just don’t really see much of their stuff i actually want . I wish i had got that ford f50 agmonst others but oh well 🤷‍♂️

Thanks Mal. I did look at the newer GMade chassis kits but this one was only a few ££'s less after the discount and will hopefully work out a lot cheaper if I can sell the body set etc.

@@hollyhillrc Funny thing been working on the Bedford and finally got the cab painted. That chassis is a GMade and it broke, a screw pulled out it was the panhard link and suspension hoop. Not pleased, but managed to trim the plastic and get a not on the end. Because of the weight I have put longer screws and nuts everywhere on the steering.

Hi. Thank you for watching my video. The axles came with a little grease but I did put a bit more on the diff gears before I installed them on the MN82. This is a link to my video which shows this ruclips.net/video/At3xmAcosO0/видео.html I've been using a long life salt and fresh water resistant marine grease which I bought from a boat chandlery years ago, but most brands of marine grease online are the same. It's thicker than the usual "RC grease" but it works well and I've had no problems with mine all the years I've been using it.

Thanks Mal. I took the Bronco out to the woods with the MN82 last week. It was very hot so I filmed the MN82 going up the trail and then filmed the Bronco coming back down the trail. I wear long trousers and long sleeve tops in the woods because the Mosquitoes love to munch on me so I was sweltering when I got back to the car. I've been sat in front of a big fan sucking ice cubes watching the Olympics ever since trying to recover 😄

@@hollyhillrc I have the same trouble with gnats, I keep covered up. I'm in front of a fan as well, but not sleeping longer than 2hrs at a time at night between 2hrs up.

Hi Del. The set of metal leaf springs only cost £3 so not an expensive upgrade. But upgrading this with all the metal parts was a personal choice and not a necessity. Many people run these stock and are really happy with them and the proportional electronics in this are a lot better than the MN45. I don't know the dimensions of the MN45 but I wonder if the body would fit on this chassis? Thank you for watching and I hope you are enjoying the summer my friend 🙂👍🏼
