Thanks a lot for the presentation Derek. Please check the pistons of the shocks the intend to unscrew in the run. I already lost a spring and tge lower holder of one in the front. As I checked all, it was the same with the rear ones. I used thread lock and fixed this issue.
Thank you very much for the excellent advice Dirk. I will check mine now 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
Well done video with lots of information about the optional metal upgrades. I appreciate that very much. Thank you. 👍
Thank you very much for watching. I'm happy you found it helpful 🙂👍🏼
Nice work, I enjoy your depth of knowledge and logic 👍 would love to see an update on the Mashigan sometime. I've disassembled mine getting ready for white paint. Best to you!
Thank you very much my friend. I haven't been doing a lot of RC lately and there are lots of jobs I need to get on with. The Mashigan is on that list 🙂👍🏼
Awesome job and thanks for these detailed upgrade videos ! I might suggest " Metal Upgraded Front And Rear Bumper Guards " for the MN82 - they're pretty beefy and look quite nice on the MN82 .
Thank you very much. I will look for those 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
@@hollyhillrc If you do be aware that for some reason they're being both pictured and sold backwards - the front is the back and the back is the front . Not a problem if bought as a pair as you just swap them - they come completely disassembled so you just install the bumper with the hole for the trailer hitch on the back of the MN82 and install the bumper (without the hole) plus the cow catcher on the front . But if you're not going to install the trailer hitch I guess it doesn't really matter .
🙂👍🏼👍🏼
I think you are right they should have been included as it made it sit right.
Thanks Mal. It seems strange that they didn't. I guess it's another marketing ploy? At least they were cheap to buy 👍🏼
Wooow, awesome and fantastic video 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for your valuable content 😊😊😊
New friend and subscriber 🇸🇻 🔥 😊
Thank you very much 😊
Nice work man. Btw is the new leaf springs (the longest one) have the same length as the default / old one?
Really appreciate if you have time to check and answer this. Thank you
Hi, yes they are exactly the same 👍🏼 Thank you very much for watching 🙂
nice upgrades and video
Thank you very much.
This is interesting. I want a 1:12 chassis on which to build a project, and fsncied this one for the leaf springs. Now I realise that I'd immediately have to upgrade them, I'm wondering whether to get an MN45 instead,, coz that would come with a body I like more.
Hmm...
Hi Del. The set of metal leaf springs only cost £3 so not an expensive upgrade. But upgrading this with all the metal parts was a personal choice and not a necessity. Many people run these stock and are really happy with them and the proportional electronics in this are a lot better than the MN45. I don't know the dimensions of the MN45 but I wonder if the body would fit on this chassis? Thank you for watching and I hope you are enjoying the summer my friend 🙂👍🏼
@@hollyhillrc I love your videos - you're the master of the tracking shot!
Nicely done, i have ordered the red one for a bit of trail driving, might ask you for a link to metal upgrades
Hi Julian. Thank you very much. I have a lot of problems posting links in comments on here and most of the time they're taken down. I'll send you a message on MSUK with them 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
@@hollyhillrc Thanks Derek, good timing as my red one has just arrived very quick
You're welcome. It's there waiting 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
@@hollyhillrc Cheers Derek, your a good un
Does running the lights use up a bit more battery life .
Hi. Thank you for watching. The lights are led's which use very little power. Turning them on doesn't make any noticeable difference in the battery life on a run 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
@@hollyhillrc ok thanks.
