Why did you connect the stock wire and the wire that comes with the motor? What i did was to take out the stock wire from the stock motor and installed it directly to the new 370 motor. However, im getting problems on its power now. The experts says i need to replace txrx and esc to atleast 30amps.
Is there a problem with a genuine ESC? I often see that it sometimes stops working in Japan, but I'm worried about purchasing it. I’ve got the same motor in all 4 of my vehicles c24 c24-1 c14 & c34 but i changed the electrics and use a 30 amp esc

Why is stock motor faster than that?
it is higher power but lower gear ratio. it converts the power into more torque instead of more speed

you're just wasting money.. you should upgrade with dual speed gearbox to get speed and torque.

You can also replace the pinion gear inside the tranni to 8t 5mm yo gain speed, although you sacrifice a little torque
I never use high gear on my 2 speed crawlers
