- I wouldn't do this much every day,
but perhaps 2 times per week.
The other days I stretch a bit lighter and focus on handstand.
This is a good way to train.
I encourage you to try this routine,
just scale it to your own level.
It takes around 1 hour to complete.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you very much for your comments and support as of late.
PS: Best done outside in the sun.

That "point stretch" looks amazing... and painful ;P. Recently I realized that most elite handbalancers have the ability to curls the toes under even while pointing fully... impossible for me as of yet.
Always inspiring to watch you my friend!
Thank you my friend, catch up soon
Dude... when you were shoving your knee down in the front splits... my jaw instantly dropped down in shock... that would break my knee ;D
haha, I think you would be fine, you can train it :) everyone has different knee structure though
Très bien. I'm very flexible. I was looking for a men stretching like him. Top 👍I will try
u inspire me, dude! A big hug from Brasil

Very nice but still too advanced for me lol
Try, fake it till you make it 😄
You are so flexible 💪
Thank you, it's a start :)
Were you always this flexible? Should i start with learning how to split?
@josephwang2584 just try and do what you can from it, dont worry about the details
No, I gained alot, but I was naturally somewhat flexible as well
