  • This is a stretching routine for your straddle handstand and for all those who would like to improve their straddle in general.
    It contains active and passive stretches.
    Try to do this routine daily, and remember it takes a long time to actually improve your flexibility.
    Try to switch of your all thoughts that mesure your success and out in the time without expectations. Over time you will improve.
