Elastic bands can be used instead of bottles (more fun and they don't leak). The first wall exercise is for yoga "chaturangas" or "triceps pushups"... which I actually find more difficult than the standard military pushups with elbows flaring out.
Yes those ones on the wall are indeed not so easy. It is a useful exercise though if you have never felt your triceps before. Elastic band are a good cal :)
Hi Natalie, I have been nejoying days 1-4. It builds up a good foundation for strengthening. The difficulty builds up gradually. Has day 5 been released yet? I have not found any videos after day 4. Thanks Pree

I think I may repeat Day 1 tomorrow instead of moving on to DAY 2 routine. My upper body feels I been lightly beaten with a baseball bat. Or perhaps I may try again in 8 hours

Nice to see you again after doing the handstand challenge you look great..I can do 40 push ups and easily a hundred a day in sets of 25

Take your time. I think it's a good idea to repeat sessions. It's all about building strength slowly and methodically
