At work, I've scribbled down the info I need, on a little piece of paper, because it was handy, only to lose, said piece of paper, then I'm S.O.L. Most work places are not ADHD friendly, they are generally not willing to make adjustments to the way of doing things, for a minority. They'd sooner let you go, and hire someone, who can do the job, the way they want.

Sure! No medicine is ever a fix all, Adderall helps with ADHD the same as anti depressants can help with depression but don't cure it and pain meds can relieve pain but don't cure it either. Adderall works to relieve some of the symptoms of ADHD but not all of them, hope that helps :)
Can ya explain to me how ADHD works during your jobs? I have trouble listening and I'm afraid of losing my cool over someone who pisses me off. I can easily forget and get too distracted by other things that make my mind go AWOL.. Sorry dude, I've just graduated from highschool already living my dream. However, I'm afraid of doing things on my own. I admit I'm ashamed of being alone. I can be independent during any kind of work I can do. I hesitate to try, I'm afraid of being judged. That is why I'm asking.
+John Marshall nice! Iv heard a lot of good thinga about evernote! Personally I find it hard to not have a physical copy of my notes. Binaural beats that's an interesting one! Does that help you concentrate? I use the Lott soundtrack or chill out euphoria music. But in gonna give binaural beats a go :)
What ? it seems like in England they have bosses that are understanding?... man I need to move there. In the USA I would be afraid to tell my boss I got ADHD. They would make believe they understand because they are afraid of HR and not respect you or trust you anymore... Well maybe I am wrong. Has anyone have had a positive experience by telling their boss?

doesn't matter about how many views you get. do it because you love it! and make that commitment. i get less views than you and i still post at least once a week. I love your vids man and i can't wait to see the next posts you make. do it for yourself, dont stop because of the little views. eventually something will happen that will blow up your channel with subs and views. watch my part 2 lets play of resident evil 7 biohazard. i don't know how or why but i never got that many again. yet i still post. believe in you man!
