If we get a second season then it needs to focus on Qimir and Osha. Vernestra is really the only Jedi that needs to be focused on next season. Seeing Plagueis more would bring awesome, too.
Thank god they have already announced no Season 2. Ratings on this drivel were so low it's nothing by a loss of money to do anymore. Poor writing, poor acting, poor scripting. Sixth graders could have come up with a more convincing story line. Why anyone, ANYONE, would be so stupid to call for a season 2 indicates a lack of any proper mental capacity.
I hate the show, BUT as a story if it boils down to just bullet points, it is actually quite interesting. It’s just how these points get strung together where you see the problems. They could’ve done a much better job developing character motivations and to move them around the story. The pacing and acting needs lots of work too. It’s too bad how these flaws in the end details the show from its potential. I hope we do get a second season of the show, but with different people to execute it.
Even though they showed yoda, coming into it at the end, this show has no character or plot to keep me interested. I fear they will do something to make Yoda character weak and questionable. That's Hollywood and Disney's way right now. Make the good guys of old, look weak and bad today. Just like they did with Luke in 8, i probably just need to let start wars go😢
Another season without the following. 1) Jedi as GREY area virtual villains. 2) no army of 15 year old cherubic, lousy acting, EXTRAS as Jedi 3) the Sith being EVIL and nothing else. 4) the dialogue should challenge people, not drop to a pedestrian level 5) relatability is overrated.
Am I missing an episode ?????? You said it’s mostly resolved And it’s not a 40 minute show, if you minus the recap and credits it averages about 27 minutes a episode
This show needs another season at least. There's clearly more story to tell! What's sad is that the best shows do exactly what this one did... They plant seeds that can be explored for the entire series instead of just limiting every story point to a single season.
Disjointed plot, clown show pacing and horrific acting. I’m fairly certain Headland, Weinstein’s ex-personal assistant, won’t be getting many job offers from Disney. Cheers!
@@joshuabeckstead7914 Palpatine was around 50-55 years old when he killed Plagueis and became emperor. While not super specific the book eludes to Plagueis meeting Palpatine when Palpatine was either late teens or early 20’s. This was years after he killed Tenebrus and Tenebrus’ “other apprentice”. All according to the book ofc. I didn’t expect them to follow book canon since Disney threw it all out. Plagues was born around 150 BBY which means he was +\- 30 at this shows timeframe. All that said the reason I liked this more than previous Disney renditions is they actually use Plagueis. He never had a 2nd apprentice either (Quimir) unless Manny Jacinto’s character is a projection of Plagueis. I’d be interested in seeing a S2 for sure. This particular show got a good ol dose of “nickleback” syndrome.
I suppose they coulda used Tenebrus. Though that’s an even deeper reference that anyone unfamiliar with the Plagueis book would have no idea about. Plagueis is at least mentioned in the movies. The Acolyte may have been made for all Star Wars fans but it was really made for true franchise fans whom know more about expanded Jedi lore. There were a lot of conflicts within the Jedi no matter what era and this show is the first to show them as not the infallible righteous galactic boy scouts and I can appreciate that on its own.
Its not required. Just keep Plagus in that cave
LOL
It should be vaulted and never be seen again

We need another season of "Acolyte."
Hell no!

Not interested in more even in the slightest.
Watch Acolyte 1&2, 7&3, 4&5, 6&8. Helped buld resentment and root form main character. Hoping season 2 has more sith back story.
Interesting order

Fair points
I’d luv a 2nd season 🍻
Wouldn't complain myself
Didn't even need the first one

Nice you hit on something no other content has dude the political guy could be working for Hego Damask!!! Darth P
Yeah Rayencourt seems to have too big of a thing for the Jedi, something has to be motivating him

Kathleen is asking for another $180 million from Bob for Season 2
Open up the wallet Bobby!

The S1 stuff with Sol at least
@@StarWarsTimeShow I think the show could have used another episode to clear things up
I can’t see this getting a second season

Great stuff as always guys! Congrats on all the correct predictions
Appreciate it!
Unpopular opinion. This show was actually good. Plagueis cameo was perfect for galactic timing. I actually really hope there’s a S2.
He wasn't even born when this show happened

Hey welcome to the club, hope you stick around.
Hahahahahahaha
I want to see more Qimir and Osha 😮
Yes
Everything you mentioned is Disney Star Wars not Star Wars. This series is garbage
I couldn't agree more with everything you said!
Thanks Darth!
