Thank you for such great service info from here in Australia, I'm thinking of buying an ulterra but have heard so many bad reports I was thinking of sticking with my Terrova, but after see your service vedio I think I'll buy an ulterra, thank you
Sorry for no replying sooner, if your motor is tight on the ramps you can file the back of the steering box where it rests on the base (when Stowed) you will see the part you file is about 55mm long and 8mm wide , just file a little bit and try and repeat till the motor sits or the ramp snug. Filing the back of the steering box allows the motor to tilt back more thus easing pressure on the ramps
I pressed stow on my motor and the had manual tilt knob came off the metal plates. As a result the power tilt bracket is too far back and I can't put the manual tilt knob back on to make it deploy. Is there a way to turn the worm gear manually?
Hi the black knob shouldnt come off as there should be a phillips head screw holding it on. the easiest way to realign the tilt motor arm is to remove e clip from the botttom of it and push the pin back to the frame you should then be able to wind the screw back to the deployed position (motor shaft should be upright and locked in deployed position) once you have the two brackets aligned put the Knob back on and do a park reset (refer to video on facebook page or you tube) hold power button till red light comes on keep holding and green light will flash release finger then power off and turn back on then press 3 times within 2 sec and motor should park reset. You then can stow motor
@@SpearNTackle Thanks for replying. I only saw the reply now. I wish I had seen it before. I just took the motor in for service. Seems like a quick fix. They had it done in an hour. I'm not sure how the knob came off but the service guys said they had seen it happen before.

Great video. Thank you for the help and the fix for mine!!
Great video, thank you.
How do you adjust the ramps to release the pressure to fix trim issues and shaft wear?
