My t2's battery charger is broken... which doesn't matter in a way I've been charging the batteries individually out of The machine anyway for a long time... but now the machine doesn't know the batteries are charged (even though they are fully charged) ....is there anyway to bypass the broken battery charger

My noblus speed scrubber is not keeping a long charge after I had it on the charger for 24 to 48 hers to charge. And the batteries are only 1 1/2. Years old.
