    Another question, about the brake pedal does it operate like a traditional brake pedal where when you take your foot off the brake it will roll?

    For the models with EC H2O. How do you open the "tool box"? (the compartment used on other models for the FaST- PAK )
    Does it tilt open form the bottom or top?

      Water not being dispensed onto the floor???? Helpppp.

  • @Stenuarts5287

    Any clues? When I park the machine for the night...when i come back in the next day I hear that it leaked water all over the hallway floor???? Any ideas? Also...what do most of you use during the winter season... vinegar or Lotox?

    • @SoutheasternEquipmentSupplyInc
      @SoutheasternEquipmentSupplyInc  6 месяцев назад

      Hi there! If your T7 is leaking a lot of water, it is likely a bad solenoid. If it is a small amount, it could just be dripping from the brushes or pads. Regarding your winter season questions, would you mind reaching out to us directly for clarification at ? We look forward to hearing from you.

      @@SoutheasternEquipmentSupplyIncHi...I'm getting in touch with you regarding what we can use for winter months for salt build up on the floor. We have been lucky up to now as we literally have had no snow!! The previous machine this mall has had they have used vinegar
      .

    • @Stenuarts5287
      @Stenuarts5287 5 месяцев назад

      The previous issue indeed was the solenoid. It was changed immediately and didn't have an issue after it was changed.

      For cleaning up rock salt off hard floors:
      Make sure the floor is dry and start by vacuuming or sweeping as much of the salt as you can.
      Mix distilled white vinegar and water. Pour this into a spray bottle.
      Lightly spritz the mixture over the previously salted floors.
      Let the solution sit for about five minutes, then use your scrubber to scrub and dry.

    Im asking for a buddy How do you fix the steering column just above the chain gear on the steering column the steering wheel spins in a complete circle and its missing a sleeve part or something that holds up the steering column and chain the steering column is loose broken i know its missing some kind of part that fits over the column and it holds the chain up in place.
    The whole steering column falls down causing the chain to come off the sprocket that's on the steering column it doesn't wanna stay up and in place the user manual isn't much help it all i don't work on those but checked my buddies out before i work on riding mowers I'm not no professional at fixing anything
    But I pointed out to him what part that floor machine might need because of its broken loose steering column it needs a sleeve over it so if that doesn't help him he'll have to call the t7 shop for further help

      Hi Robert, it sounds like you may be referring to the Tennant T7AMR Scrubber which is the robotic version of this machine. The T7AMR Scrubber can be used in manual mode or as self−driving, robotic scrubber. For information on how to start programming routes, watch this video: ruclips.net/video/YLkOf_bSmCQ/видео.html

    How do you flush the solution supply lines? I’m getting very little water on the left side of the scrubber, and after having cleaned the filter, and changed the pads, I need to try this next but don’t know how.

    • @SoutheasternEquipmentSupplyInc
      @SoutheasternEquipmentSupplyInc  3 года назад

      It's recommended that only trained authorized personnel operate equipment like this. That includes watching and comprehending this video as well as familiarizing yourself with the Operator's Manual. To ensure safe and proper use of the machine, someone already trained should inspect operating procedure of a new employee. For a copy, email us at service@southeasternequipment.net.

    Sooo why is this machine so loud? We got to demo the automatic driving one, and it was very quiet. Much quieter than our advance machine. But when our regular tennant T7 finally arrived it was very loud. Why?

      Hi there, that's a tough one to answer without more information. If you ordered the machine from us, please call your Account Executive at 803-252-0100 so we can address this concern. Otherwise, you can contact the distributor you purchased from, or speak with a technician at Tennant if you believe this is a mechanical issue. Their number is 800-553-8033. Thanks!
