How do you operate the lockout? I recently started a position and one of the older employees has the pad pressure and water level locked and does not know how to unlock it. The manual doesn't say anything about it.

Hello. I just replaced the batteries for new ones. 3 months in & the machine slows down & then speeds back up to regular speed again. Also when in reverse it locks itself out if I go too fast or if I suddenly stop it while in reverse. Do you know a solution for this?

How many hours of ec2ho use on a regular super market floor before the squeegees need changing or/and flipping over?
Hi Pete! Most recommend a squeegee rotation between 10-20 hours of use, 3 months, or when streaks start forming behind your scrubber. On a waxed tile or polished concrete supermarket floor, it could be closer to 20 hours. I've got a leaking head. Water keeps draining where my pads go and I can't seem to find a problem. I suspect there's some debris in the line keeping a valve from shutting?
Perhaps a bad solution valve?

Can the 'echo" technology be used to clean auto shop floors? that have grease etc?
Yes it can be. Depending on the level of soil, it may be better cleaned using ECH2O combined with the severe environment option.
seems the soap pipe is turning darker and isn't lowering none of it to clean , I think its backing up into soap pipe?

Hi Felix, according to the Operator's Manual if you're experiencing an issue with the vacuum motor not operating, it could be one of the following causes: Squeegee is raised off floor, discharged batteries, faulty control board, faulty vacuum motor or wiring, or worn carbon brushes. Can it pick up floor stripper?
Yes, although that can ruin internal components if not done correctly. A better machine for that job is a wet/dry vacuum.
What happen if the battery is totally discharge
If the scrubber is completely dead, you may need to trickle charge the individual batteries to a level that the charger can read and turn on to complete the cycle. If this doesn't work, you can fill out a service request form on our website. Thank you and good luck!

Why is it leaving streaks
The most likely reason is the squeegee blades. Try rotating them or purchasing new ones. It's also a good idea to verify you have the right type of squeegee (i.e. gum, linatex or urethane) for your floor type. If you need additional assistance, email us at
