    I use an advance sc1500. Its definately leaving more water behind than it used to. On tile floor, there used to be a couple little lines (probably dirt) but it was pretty dry, lately its leaving almost like a glaze the entire width of the squeegee. I have torn it apart twice. Checked the hoses, no holes. Cleaned everything i can think of including around the electric motor. I tested the suction with my hand and it seems to be functioning. No whistling like air is getting in somewhere etc. The squeegee is nearly new, flipped it and had no change. I dont see an adjustment for the squeegee but it is folded down pretty good against the floor. Im feeling at a loss lol. Its not dumping more water than it should. Im out of ideas.

      Hi there! Thanks for watching. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your machine. We understand how frustrating that can be. Hopefully, we have the fix. First, verify that the recovery tank gasket is securely in place and in good condition. Also, ensure that the cap on the drain hose is tightly screwed on. If the issue persists, try removing the suction hose and flushing it with water, as there might be a partial blockage. If these steps don't resolve the problem, don't hesitate to contact your local Imperial Dade service center for further assistance. You can reach us here: www.imperialdade.com/help-center/general-inquiries?pathname=/

    Note about the black scuffing lads and cleaning it causes the batteries to die faster! I found the old scrubbers to be more beneficial due to controlling the amount of pressure on the floors! This new 2 button scrubber has stripped waxed floors even with dull red cleaning pads. (Issue!) Also the vacuum hose tends to wear with the arm release. If you use this on average floors the rubber is ok. If you use this in the warehouse on cement floors it chews up the red scrub pads and the rubber...The advanced SC750 ST has had major issues with the battery consistency! You leave it plugged in or not the battery does no matter what. If you leave it unplugged over night it’ll die 3 minutes within the store. The unfortunate part of all this is you have people utilize this equipment not knowing how to properly care for equipment.

      “Thank you for watching our content. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Advance SC750. Your final point rings true, proper training and machine maintenance is very important. It sounds like there may be an issue with your batteries or the charger - as this is not typical run time for this machine. We find that many machine operators opportunity charge the batteries and lead to very premature battery failure, see this video for more details: ruclips.net/video/ixfPN2NiMe4/видео.html. We recommend getting the machine serviced. Our technicians are Gold Certified to work on this equipment and can do on site or in shop work on this. • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  11 месяцев назад

      Hello! Thanks for watching. Unfortunately, this really depends on the design of your machine.
      If you have lugs on the brush that have to fit into the driver, then you do have to reach under, line it up and install the brush. We have seen people put the brush on the floor, then drop the motor onto it and turn it on to lock it in place. However, this is a big NO. This always ends up damaging the machine and leading to costly repairs.
      Some manufacturers have a design that makes it very easy to attach the brush. For example, Tenant has a great option called CLICK. It involves magnets that make installing a brush effortless. How do you pull down the brush to the ground inorder to start scrubbing?

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  3 месяца назад

      Hello! Thanks for watching. The answer varies. Most smaller scrubbers feature a foot pedal that, when pressed down, pushed to the side, and then released, lowers the motor and pad to the floor. In contrast, larger machines and ride-on scrubbers often use an electric actuator that, when activated, automatically lowers the motor and pad. Let us know if this helps. If not, please provide you exact machine and we can help you with that model.

    Question: Our T3's scrubber pad is at an angle (up at the front) when lowered and sprays water all over. What can be adjusted to make the scrubber pad level to the floor?

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  Год назад

      Hi @annetterosin6976, thanks for reaching out! There are no adjustments to the head as it floats. We have gathered a few suggestions for you to try and troubleshoot the issue. First and foremost, has the scrubber been serviced recently and had the scrub head removed? If so, then be sure that the head is bolted to the front, rightmost hole in the bracket. If it is bolted correctly, check that the machine brackets in the front are not bent. This commonly happens if the machine was steered or crashed into. If this is the case, we recommend a qualified technician replace the brackets. If neither of these two things seems to be the issue, reach out to us here: www.imperialdade.com/registration
      Once of our qualified service technicians will be in touch!

      Hi - thank you for watching our content. What type of Autoscrubber do you have (make/model) I'll ask one of our technicians to see if we can pinpoint a problem.

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  3 года назад +1

      Actually, I got a reply from Dan (in the video) without needing a specific machine model.
      Here is his response:
      "I have experienced this from time to time as well. Usually when turning on a wet soapy floor. If you reduce the speed coming into a turn, the machine should get a better grip with less spinning."
      I hope this helps your issue

    • @paulg2100
      @paulg2100 2 года назад

      Also if you have your pad to tight to the floor , for the deepest scrub , it will make the wheels not catch traction. When it’s fully pressed to the floor it is usually just for short periods and not to scrub for long durations which would make the wheels spin out

  • @iapprove8392
    @iapprove8392 11 месяцев назад

    Something is not addressed here. Why would the machine slide to the right continuously. Does it have to do with the casters or the main wheels. Those wheels should have some traction to them so when you turn they won't slide as well.

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hi! Thanks for watching. There are a couple reasons why your machine may slide to the right continuously. First, is due to worn tires. Worn tires with no tread left should be replaced.
      Another reason for machine malfunction is you are turning too fast. Tires will spin out doing a full-speed turn.
      If the problem is not worn tires or the speed of the turn, you may need to check your swivel castors. The castors tend to get hair and lint on the axles and need to be cleaned so the machine pivots easily.
      Lastly, if there are grease fittings, you should lubricate them periodically to ensure the machine turns seamlessly.

    • @iapprove8392
      @iapprove8392 11 месяцев назад

      @@ImperialDade Thank you for the reply. I will check that out. These new tires for Nilfisk machines don't have treats. I find that is a big issue. And I will check the castors. The machine just goes sideways all the way down the hallway.

    Why does the scrubber vere sharply to the left side when moving forward?

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  Год назад

      Hello! Thanks for watching our videos! We are sorry to hear your are experiencing trouble with your autoscrubber. If your scrubber is swerving sharply to the left, it is most likely that the scrub deck is out of alignment. Scrub decks can be pushed out of alignment by a bent bracket. This usually happens when the machine bumps into something. If the bracket does not look bent, it could also be a faulty drive system. We recommend having a qualified service technician check out the machine to get to the root issue and recommend a fix. For help diagnosing the issue, reach out to one of our factory-trained service technicians here: www.imperialdade.com/registration

In the degree tray it's collecting next to nothing. H E L P!!!! I'm currently using white pads

    • @ScottAllenFinance
      @ScottAllenFinance Год назад +2

      Sounds like a vacuum issue rather than a squeegee issue. Could be the squeegee vacuum hose or anything in between the vacuum motor and the squeegee assembly. If you pull the vacuum hose off the squeegee assembly, is there sufficient vacuum suction? Start there, then work backwards to the vacuum motor. Check seals and gaskets and make sure no vacuum hoses have come disconnected from the vacuum motor, if they attach directly. If you have good suction on the squeegee vacuum hose, then the squeegee assembly itself may be out of adjustment. There are good videos here on RUclips that show how squeegees should be properly adjusted.

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  Год назад

      Hello! Thanks for watching.
      It sounds like the issue is that the squeegee is not at the correct angle. Under the back of the machine, there is an adjustment knob. Turn the knob in one direction to change the angle down and the other direction to change the angle up. The deflection of the squeegee blade needs to be even across the entire squeegee tool. It is best to have someone watch the angle as you slowly move forward. Another issue is that the squeegee hose may have a clog, removing the hose and flush to remove clog. Finally, check the gasket at the top of the recovery tank to be sure it is sealing the tank lid properly.
      If none of these tips work, reach out to one of our specialists here:

      Hi Albert,
      Thank you for watching our content. The Safety Connector is part of the electrical circuit and not something we would recommend changing on your own. We recommend having one of our factory certified service technicians take a look at your situation and give you a quote. If you're in the New England/Mid Atlantic portion of the US - fill out this form and we'll schedule something. www.ebpsupply.com/service

    using many Auto scrubbers
    Professional auto scrubber here
    50 hours a week for the last 30 years
    You guys really need to make that filter much bigger it needs to let more water through
    Also when you unscrew it Bitstrips very easily because the threading is made of plastic
    Double the water inflow to the filter and quadruple the surface area of the filter maybe the floors will actually look Streak free
    Doesn't matter how slow I go how clean the filter is for how full the water flow is there's just never enough water on the floor and I don't have all day
    Burnish every inch of the floor everyday to get rid of streaks
    Not your company in particular but the only Autos covers this seem to work or the old freaking giant monsters those were amazing these speed scrub 500 are crap
    ..
    Not sure if I can deal this anymore probably going to quit

    The breaker keeps popping

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  3 месяца назад

      Hi. Thanks for watching. We are sorry to hear you are having issues.
      This might help:
      Automatic scrubbers typically have more than one circuit breaker, and it's important to know what each one does. For instance, if the drive circuit breaker pops while you're driving up a steep incline, try resetting it. If it continues to pop, replace the breaker as your first step. If the issue persists after replacing the breaker, you likely need professional service for the drive system.
      If the brush motor's breaker pops, it's usually a sign that professional service is required. For vacuum motor breaker issues, first check for blockages in the vacuum hoses. If there’s no blockage, replace the breaker. If the problem continues after replacing it, professional repair is needed.
      Keep in mind that circuit breakers weaken each time they trip, which can cause them to pop at lower voltages, leading to repeated issues. The first step is always to replace the breaker. If you need further assistance, reach out to Imperial Dade for professional service.

      Hi! Thanks for watching our content. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your machine. The issue may be with your pad driver. Is it installed correctly? If it is at an angle the scrubber would bounce as the pad driver spins. Please remove and reinstall the pad driver. If this does not fix the issue, contact our service and repair department here: www.imperialdade.com/help-center/help-with-product?pathname=/

    No water coming out on floor

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  9 месяцев назад

      Hello! Thanks for watching our video! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with your autoscrubber. We understand how frustrating that can be. There are a few reasons why your machine may not be dispensing water. First, check the filter. Clean it if it looks dirty. Nect,m check the clean water line. Does it seem clogged or backed up? Clean this as well. Next, check for a blockage in the clean water tank. If you notice buildup, remove it. If neither of these solves the issue, there may be an electrical issue with the water switch or solenoid that releases the water. We recommend reaching out to your local Imperial Dade service center for assistance. contact us here: www.imperialdade.com/help-center/help-with-product?pathname=/

      I'm taking a total stab in the dark, but that sounds like it could be something wrong with the mechanics of the scrubber arm.
      Or something could be caught up inside there. But it really sounds like a technician job.
      I can't think of anything that would cause the brush to stop working if everything is attached properly.

      Hi - Thanks for watching our content. Dan gets this question quite a bit and we are always happy to answer. Dan was 100% deaf, the plastic pieces you see attached to his head are cochlear implants that give Dan his hearing back. Without the surgery and implants, he would still be deaf, so not a day goes by where he isnt thankful for the procedure. Thanks for asking and we continue to spread the good word about this procedure.

    The filter cap underneath the Auto scrubber is on very tight can you give any suggestions how to loosen it

    • @ScottAllenFinance
      @ScottAllenFinance Год назад

      First, it goes without saying to make sure you're turning the filter cap the correct way. Try wearing a glove with nitrile grippy nubs on it, or very gently using a large crescent wrench to turn the cap.

    • @ImperialDade
      @ImperialDade  Год назад

      Hi Kathy,
      Thanks for watching! We are glad you found this video useful. You can try using a rubber glove or cloth to open the scrubber cap. If that doesn't work, put some cloth or paper towel around the filter and then carefully use a pair of adjustable pliers to apply pressure until it comes loose. Please note, replacement filter assemblies are usually not that expensive if yours accidentally becomes damaged. If you still cannot get the cap off, reach out to us at the registration link below and one of our factory-trained technicians can help: www.imperialdade.com/registration
