Hello. Thank u for the videos and tips, very helpful! We have an Advance Micromatic M17B. I obtained it a couple of months ago used & got the batteries tested- they were bad. On January 4th i got 2 new deep cycle marine batteries. They worked very well for about 2 weeks and were charged properly. Unfortunately we had some extreme cold and they were exposed to it. On 1/22 after a full charge the batteries showed no charge within 60 seconds of starting. I had both batteries tested and one was found to be faulty and replaced. On the 23rd and 24th it worked great and was no longer exposed to any cold. On the 25th after a full charge, the batteries showed no charge within 60 seconds of run time. i had both batteries tested and one was found to be faulty and replaced. at a loss as to what might be the issue.

On the 25th i plugged in the batteries, charged them fully, and on the morning of the 26th once again within 60 seconds had no power. I brought the machine home from the job, plugged it in and charged it all day and tonight it has no power within 60 seconds of turning it on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We have one that is garbage. Every 4 months it's dying. We charge it only at the end of the shift, still dying after 4-6 months. Not sure why

Hi! Thanks for watching our content. We understand how frustrating it can be when a machine is not functioning properly. Our trained technicians have a few reasons why this may be happening. First, the batteries may be at the end of their life and need replacing. And, remember, to always replace all of the batteries at the same time. Second, you could have a bad charger or a charger not set for your battery type. There are different battery types (AGM, Wet, and Gel). Each type needs a different algorithm setting. Reach out to a local Imperial Dade service center and one of our trained technicians can help get your machine back and running: www.imperialdade.com/help-center/general-inquiries?pathname=/

When you say cooling them down. Do you need to unplug it after fully charged then let it sit for 3hours before using it?

Hello, and thanks for watching! You do not have to unplug the charger to cool down. Today, most chargers are automatic and shut off when the battery is fully charged. So, cool down happens overnight after the batteries are fully charged. The next day, you are good to go. @@ImperialDademy comment was purely satire but yes. I love ours. We have a t300e from tennent really effective when on. Just servicing them can be a pain.
