Do you have a Tennant 5680 floor scrubber or any floor scrubber? Is it not working the way it should? In this video, I go over two of the most common complaints I get from these machines. They are not putting enough water down and not sucking enough up. I go over tips on what you can look for and how the systems work. Most of the time your problem can be found and fixed with nothing more than your eyes, hands, and maybe a flashlight. What are these problems and tips? Watch this video, find out, and save yourself a bunch of money.

    Hopefully this works.
My problem is that the right button for the pad keeps popping out and it doesn't go back in very easily.

I have an issue where if the vacuum is on the brushes won’t spin nor will the machine move forward (vice versa). The batteries tested okay, do you have any idea why this is happening?

I had an electrical pallet jack do the same thing. Turned out to be debris stuck in the gears between drive and driven gear on end of motor. Also check the proximity switches. They are magnetic and debris can mess them up. Let me know what you find.

Make sure the batteries are fully charged, and some units have a speed dial or switch. Maybe that got switched by accident. Hope this helps, let me know what you find.

I would double check all your electrical connections including grounds. Does it restart easy after it stalls?

Hi, my Tennant 5680 after working for about 30 minutes stop working. It starts like having a bad connection. If I leave not running for about 20 minutes (cooling down) the scrubber start running normally again. Looks like something gets too hot. Could be the solenoid? I tested them but looks good. Thanks

I would start by checking all your power and ground connections. Make sure they are clean and tight. How old are the batteries? Might be a good idea to get them tested. Let me know what you find. Hope this helped. Thanks for watching.

I test batteries when they are fully charged. Did you find out why the disks aren't working? I find debris caught up in them often.
