Thanks for the video idea recommendation. It's a good idea. Batteries are expensive. Why replace them if not needed. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I use one at Kroger's and I have a issue where u know that noise it makes when it gets ready to scrub it will try to make that noise but won't fully make that scrubbing noise
I have an issue where if the vacuum is on the brushes won’t spin nor will the machine move forward (vice versa). The batteries tested okay, do you have any idea why this is happening?
Hey man, the drive motor (transmission) started having issues on mine, it started to lock and also stopped moving forward and back. Replaced it but they are so expensive to replace. Any tips?
I had an electrical pallet jack do the same thing. Turned out to be debris stuck in the gears between drive and driven gear on end of motor. Also check the proximity switches. They are magnetic and debris can mess them up. Let me know what you find.
i have a tennant 5400 that stops going forward when i turn on the solution switch brushes are turning solution is coming out but no forward motion but it will move backwards
Hey question bossman, I have a S30 Tennant Floor Scrubber with a PSI Engine. Issue I’m having is after maybe a minute staying on it just dies almost like a dead switch. I get no error codes at all neither.
Hi, my Tennant 5680 after working for about 30 minutes stop working. It starts like having a bad connection. If I leave not running for about 20 minutes (cooling down) the scrubber start running normally again. Looks like something gets too hot. Could be the solenoid? I tested them but looks good. Thanks
I would start by checking all your power and ground connections. Make sure they are clean and tight. How old are the batteries? Might be a good idea to get them tested. Let me know what you find. Hope this helped. Thanks for watching.

Make sure the batteries are fully charged, and some units have a speed dial or switch. Maybe that got switched by accident. Hope this helps, let me know what you find.
Great tips! There's a lot of maintenance that can be done by operators to help make our equipment clean optimally-- nice job educating!
